Barn accommodation in Touraine

Great stay in this beautiful house full of character and perfectly anchored in the local countryside. Valerie very responsive and accommodating, great!

The owner of the very friendly accommodation who welcomes you upon your arrival very warmly. The accommodation is very clean . The functional kitchen and it has all the amenities we want to find in a home. With beautiful decor . And a little attention to a complimentary bottle of rosé. We recommend Lydie and Didier (My parents)

Myriame gave us an extensive tour of the beautiful domain they built there. It looks very cozy and everything and super neat. The house itself was very nicely decorated and outside there was plenty of space and opportunities for outdoor activities. We really liked this. The communication was quick and good and Myriame was very flexible. In short: recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Marc’s place, the home and grounds are beautiful with plenty to do to relax; swim, sunbathe, table tennis, pool! The teens loved it! Great area too with famous chateaux and many cities nearby. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ and well maintained bedroom and living spaces Mark was a wonderful host, couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely visit again, it’s become a family favourite.

The listing description totally matched the listing. There were even a few extra appliances not listed like the raclette machine. The environment is peaceful and surrounded by nature, what we had come for! Noted if you are coming with your dog, that there are two small geese that apparently tend to get out of their enclosure from time to time, (1 time during our stay) but everything went well. I would recommend this place:) Thank you for the welcome.

Tres bon accueil. We took full advantage of the comfort of the house which is also very beautiful. It is very well equipped and the bedding is perfect in all rooms. Only small problem, the 2 bathrooms with bath are very pretty but the bathtubs are not very functional, a 2nd shower would be more pleasant.

We had a great family stay at this lovely gite! Beautiful shared living spaces, and nice bedrooms upstairs. Very nice for a family stay with games and childcare equipment for infants. We'll be happy to go back!

We stayed with Julie, Simon and Carol for 2 weeks. We loved the location it is stunning, the area is very peaceful surrounded by fields full of sunflowers. Julie is a great host and made us feel very welcome and allowed us to do our own thing. The pool was amazing, the house was very comfortable and cosy and had everything you could possibly need. We took Monty our Springer Spaniel and he absolutely loved the location, he had so much space to roam free plus a close by watering hole to cool down in the heat, as well as enjoying the company of Julie’s two dogs, Martha and Nancy. The private garden with BBQ was great and we spent many nights watching the sunset across the fields. We wanted 2 weeks of complete relaxation and this is what we got. Supermarket is very local with lots to see and do all on your doorstep! A lovely holiday had by all! Monty definitely gave it the thumbs up! You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay. Pierre's cottage is a pretty house full of history…. The environment is quiet and relaxing. Pierre is very welcoming and very discreet. He told us the good places for lunch .

We had a great time to celebrate the new year with our friends. Superb very functional house with a very nice space in the open kitchen living room. Very comfortable bedding. I highly recommend this old and contemporary home.

Helene and Jean-Luc were very welcoming. The house was very clean with spacious. The bathroom with 2 showers and a huge bath is a highlight. The garden is beautiful and the village it very peaceful and a lovely place to stay.

Marisa is a very friendly host! Her cottage is ideal for a week with the family: everything is there for the children, very clean and bedding of very good quality! This cottage is a haven of peace in the middle of the many castles to visit. I would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay as a group. Three families with children; all found something to do their happiness in this splendid house. The common living spaces are pleasant and spacious, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and the foosball table has brought together young and old around wild parts. Our biggest favorite was the heated indoor pool. An undeniable asset to occupy the children at the end of the day after visiting one of the many sites to see in the region. A big thank you to Adeline who welcomed us so well and was very responsive and accommodating during our stay.

Everything was perfect: charming welcoming, flexible, beautifully decorated house for Christmas with a very nice tree, local tips, quality materials, very complete equipment and for the only tea ball that was missing, it was brought to us within the hour. Really a charming place and great hosts. We'll be happy to go back to another season to see the charms of castles in other seasons!
