This time in Taipei Songshan, I am fortunate to spend a night here, near the Raohe Night Market and the train station (you can walk to it), enter the building and the elevator up the stairs need a swipe card, the lock uses a digital touch panel, the room is bright, clean and high-tech, and the mirror in the bathroom can also be connected to the internet super cool.This time, the space is perfect for three people (if it is four people may be narrow), the room is fully equipped with dishwasher, dish chopsticks, washing and drying machine, the two garbage cans are placed next to the sink and toilet, and the recycling garbage is to be disposed of until B2.This check-in experience is not bad, and I also thank the host sister for cooperating with our late check-in time to pick up the key personally ~

Very nice place for solo travelers with nice amenities. Close to local night market and very clean space. Just be aware of some traffic noise from the street if you are a super light sleeper but overall great place to explore Taipei from, would definitely book again!

The place was great and Great Hospitality! It's about 30 minutes away by Uber to famous tourist destinations and the center, but I didn't find it particularly inconvenient. We were traveling with 7 people, including our 80-year-old grandmother, so it was mainly a taxi ride, but there was also a new station within a 10-minute walk. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The view from the veranda was amazing, and the morning and evening walk along the river was great! I have no complaints about the room either. Rather, it felt more than the photos. The washing machine was also 15kg large and large enough for 7 people to wash! The host is also very polite, responds to messages within minutes, and responds to small things! Surprisingly, did you run out of gas once?There was a time when the hot water stopped coming out, but when I messaged you, they changed the gas a few minutes later and it was restored right away! If you don't feel the location issue, I would 100% recommend it! Definitely a great stay.

We arrived in the early morning and our host Rica provided a flexible check in option which was a godsend after a super long haul flight with two young kids. The apartment was bright, spacious, really clean, located in a quiet community right next to a beautiful park and within a walking distance of my parents’ house. Throughout our stay Rica was always responsive to my inquires and made herself available to help out, yet gave us sufficient privacy. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend this apartment to anyone who is interested in exploring the charm of Tianmu.

The thoughtful attention to detail truly reflects the care and passion that Cherry & Michael have put into this place. Our family, including the kids, felt completely at home, making it a wonderful home-away-from-home experience. The excellent location, stunning views, well-designed space, and, most importantly, the warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable.

Amazing room that the owner took the time to even decorate the place to make it really welcoming! Super clean toilet, high class amenities like the shower and basin taps, amazing lighting. Owner is really responsive and helpful too to any request and really friendly and friendly when met personally on the first day, got me settled down really quickly and nicely too!

The living environment is small, but the surrounding life function is not very good. You need to go out and buy something if you want to eat ~ I think coming to play in the summer is the best!

Everything is great😍 clean and sufficient facilities. However the walking distance to the place from metro station is far about 15 mins walking distance. Overall is great!

I had a great experience, definitely well worth the money if you’re looking for a place close to everything in Tamsui. Host is very spot on and helpful. Overall a great 10/10 would recommend.

It feels like home! The area is safe and peaceful. Nice people around. The host is like my sister who keeps helping us around even changing Taiwan dollars due to an emergency. One of a kind place and we got more than what we paid for. We love the snacks and all the free coffee. The rooms smells great and the toilet seat is another level of tech. Loved that! We stayed at Ian place for almost a week the distant from the place to xi men ding was about 5min walk it is quiet and peaceful it have everything you need in a home and he is very responsive and attentive to every detail will recommend the stay to my friend and family when they visit taiwan!
