Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tortuguero

This place is not for everyone, but if you don’t mind simple accommodations, the surroundings are beautiful, host is fantastic and cooks delicious meals, and it’s extremely tranquil - if that’s what you’re looking for you’ll love Rustico Tortuguero.

A great little place for a few days. Clean, tidy with everything you need. Close to the sea and restaurants. The host was incredibly kind , organized my excursions and also networked my return shuttle. I even had the right to discover Tortuguero in an unusual way. Loved it. I would recommend it 100%.

Highly recommend! Pleasantly surprised we weren’t paying more. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms clean, breakfast is provided.

Isaac’s place was private and steps from the Beach and National Park trail. The place is small, but perfect for a couple or small family. The kitchen had all the basic necessities to cook for yourself and Isaac is an extremely responsive host, guide and just a really good person. We will miss Tortuguero and appreciated Isaac and the apartment very much!

Staff is friendly and help full. Clean and quiet area despite main road a few meters away. Convenient location if you have a car. Can be difficult to access entrance when there is traffic because of the one lane bridge. I stayed in July so there were a lot of bugs in the porch area, sometimes they come in if the door is not closed fast enough, but it's part of the CR nature. Bug spray helped keep them at bay.

We were absolutely treated like royalty while at Cesar’s property. He has a completely bilingual team that acts as your personal concierge and travel consultants while you’re there. We were set up with our own personal taxi service and we even had available to us meal preparation and a chef.

Would definitely stay there again, so close to the beach!!

Very good night at Miriam's, we turned a little to find the entrance but it was that there had been slight changes since the photos of the listing and that for us, all the houses look the same. Having arrived early, we did not dare contact her but she nodded us and allowed us to return. The car was in the enclosed courtyard. 🚗 Miriam welcomed us with a small cocktail and we shared our meal in the evening! 🍹We all chatted while respecting each other's privacy. We were lucky enough to be the only tenants of the property at that time, these are rooms with shared bathrooms and shared kitchen with Miriam. The entry is independent. 🗝️ The location is in the city but quiet with a little corner of greenery. 🌳 The accommodation is tastefully decorated. The amenities are convenient and functional. 🚿🛏️ Thank you for this shared moment 👏🏻
