Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Torrevieja

We really enjoyed our stay. A well situated apartment in a quiet area of Spain, within easy access of beautiful beaches and local amenities. The apartment is kept beautifully with lots of little extras. We really enjoyed the seating area out front especially in the warm afternoons and evenings. The communal pool area is generally occupied by fellow owners, it is busy on the weekend but on a few occasions during the week we had it to ourselves! Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy quality family time x

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and decorated to a high standard with all modern furnishings. The position of the apartment gave a lovely view of the pool and gardens. We thought that the apartment was ideally located for the supermarket and the shopping centre is literally across the road. This caters to all needs, relaxation and retail therapy. A car is advisable if you wish to go farther afield. If I may make one small suggestion, the shower trays can be very slippery when in use, so maybe add shower mats to the bathrooms. All that being said we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to future guests and also returning ourselves at some point in the future. Very enjoyable stay.

We spent the first 2 weeks of January (2025) in this beautiful penthouse. We wanted to experience how it is here in the winter. Everything went to our expectations in this apartment. Especially the roof terrace. The host is attending to questions or a problem. In January, it is quiet, but after some exploring and discovering, there is plenty to do. Nice close to the beach and nice boulevard for hiking or a coffee or drink. Nice places in the area. In short, definitely recommended for sunny stays. Also in January. And the rest of the year also of course

Lovely to stay in this great penthouse once again. The check-in was very easy and the place works for us perfectly- very clean pool - lovely terrace with everything you could want. Kellie and Mark checked via a message that we were okay and they were on hand if we needed anything. Great location - peaceful with super views. Great stay - we will be back next year !

Simply put, amazing place to stay. First of all, thank Irene for her patience with us, we were late on arrival and she was also attentive, helpful and very polite. For the place, without words, we loved it, everything clean, super tidy and spacious. Amazing how modern it is, you can tell that it is renovated with affection. No doubt, recommended to 200%. had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

Me and my family stayed here for 5 nights ( week before last in Oct) and we wished we had booked longer. The Vila was amazing , very very clean , had everything we needed there too. Kim who was there to let us in was very nice showed us around told us about the area and told me to contact him if we needed anything. All in all was a fab visit and we will be definitely returning more frequently for sure. Thank you so much for an amazing stay x

It was a lovely place and where close to everything great restaurants near by

We are so glad we booked Mike's Airbnb. Everything was just perfect and we immediately felt at home. The house and amenities were really fantastic, the location is also great - we could easily reach everything on foot. In other words, restaurants, supermarkets and a large shopping center are right around the corner. The communication with Mike and his housekeeper Aga was also excellent. We will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous stay! Very spacious, clean modern house with fantastic views to the sea. So many places to sit, relax, read and have a drink as the sun goes down. The pool is bigger than it looks on the photos and creates a very relaxing and private space. Cristin was so attentive and helpful both before and during our stay. And Denise gave us a warm welcome and a useful tour of the house and information about the local area. We took a taxi from Alicante airport and walked to the supermarket, beach and local restaurants. We now need to find a time to come back!

This was a brilliant apartment, seemed quite luxurious, great outdoor space, plenty of space inside, could easily stay there a week or 10 days, easy access and close to all amenities, would book again if he'd have us 😀,

Accommodation true to the photos and description, very clean and a very quiet area. The hosts were very friendly and attentive at all times. I definitely recommend it 100%!

Daniela and her husband 10/10 are quite friendly and helpful. The home is 10/10. The area is very quiet and very nice, you reach the nearest beach in about 15min by car. Everything I have to say about this place is good, we will definitely repeat!

Great listing in a really good location. Right beside the supermarket and some lovely cafes/restaurants and so much to see and do in short proximity, such as Zenia Boulevard shopping, Playa Flamenca, restaurants such as Rustica and Fetta Nera. Per + Catherine were responsive and their agents on the ground helpful and flexible. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

The apartment was spotless and very clean and Dani attended to us super BN , even let us leave the apartment later for having a baby of a few months.

Fantastic apartment for my wife and two children (3 & 1) - lots of space and some amenities for us to use too (cot bed, umbrella and beach towels for example). Location is great, very secluded area too with very little traffic. The walk to the beach takes around 20 minutes and there’s a local Carrefour en route too.

The house is clean, tidy and in a very special location.
