Very friendly host, always in for a chat! Very flexible and willing to help. The place was clean and very good for our family. Kids had their own room and the terras is lovely to eat breakfast with sea view. Shops are conveniently close and surf spots at walking distance. Great place to relax!

Antonio was such a friendly host! He was always super attentive and helpful whenever we had questions. he responded immediately and sent us local recommendations without even asking. The place is gorgeous, we sometimes just stayed the whole day because the view of the sea was gorgeous. We came in winter and had the best weather, so taking the sun in the balconies was so nice and peaceful. The kitchen is a dream, we had more than enough space for groceries and enough amenities to do dinners. Bedrooms where nice, all of them have views of the sea, beds were comfortable and the living room had a huge TV which helped make cozy evenings nice. Overall, I loved the place, it was clean, beautiful, modern, had a great view of the sea, and it had a nice distance to the town center. The only improvement I would wish would be the water pressure of the showers and the heat of water (the water didn't not get too warm). Still, I would come over again and again!

Great location, right by the beach, check in was easy about Julia, large house with washing machine, dry, BBQ area and home entertainment system ideal for a family 😊

Cláudio & Joana were very gracious hosts. We really appreaciated the flexibility of the check-in and check-out process and all of the personal touches. The fruit bowl, snack tray, and bottle of wine were a very pleasant surprise! We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

My family & I had a truly fantastic week. The accommodation was as it is in the photos. The entire house was spotlessly clean, modern and spacious. The view from the property out over the Atlantic was spectacular. The house is located in a nice quite area, and only a sort 5 minute drive to the local town centre and beach. Excellent restaurants choices too and plenty of surf schools and beach bars etc to avail of! Could not have had a better week!

After a rough start of our vacation, we came into contact with Fernando. He was quick to respond and helped us very very well. We immediately booked. Upon arrival we were very happy with the house. Spacious, super clean, beautiful and quiet! Everything we were looking for!! There was even a cleaning service, where it was cleaned, new bedding and we got fresh towels. Really fantastic service!!! When in doubt.. DO! It won't be a disappointment. Thanks Fernando for saving our vacation, we enjoyed it!

Very nice location, near the sandy beach and also the cliffs. The floor-heating is very nice especially in winter. We were 7 people - there's plenty of space in the living room as well as in the patio. The garage is large and fits a minibus like MB Vito easily. Tasty Pastel de Nata in the cafe nearby. Large kitchen. The ceiling windows on the top floor can not be opened - hard to get fresh air.

Perfect place for a quick stop for the night was a large group. It’s about a 5 min drive into Óbidos so not good if you want to walk but was great for us with the car. Also cute restaurant 5 min walk away

Ana's house is just as it appears in the photos. A cozy, family-friendly, well-kept, and tastefully decorated home. We were like in our own house. The dogs had plenty of room in the patio, and Ana was so kind to put a tarp on them to make more shade. Although it says there is no washing machine, the house does have a washing machine, and it works great. The only thing I would improve is the mattress on the bed: it's a little hard, and maybe on a weekend you don't notice much, but a week you can tell and your back hurts when you get up in the morning. Otherwise great, highly recommended. Highly recommended. Next to the house there is a supermarket and bars and restaurants to eat the typical seafood dishes of the area at a very reasonable price. The hosts were very attentive to how we felt at all times and helped us with all the questions we had instantly. Charming.

We had a lovely stay here. It was very quiet, with easy access to Lisbon by car for a day trip. The swimming pool, games room and tennis court kept our children occupied. All the bats and balls are there for guests to use. It is close to a small town that is walkable (safer to drive, due to the small pavements and close traffic). There happened to be a Festival on here during our stay, which was great to experience. I would note that both washrooms in the apartment are shower rooms (one shows a bath in the photos, which must have been replaced with a shower). The people that live and work on the farm are pleasant and kept at a distance so it was very peaceful. They have a few friendly dogs who roam around (including one pup who is super keen to play so don't take anything precious to the pool side). The 'host' is off site so we didn’t see him. He was contactable and did respond quickly. Thank you for a great stay!

Great appartment, washing machine all is working as expected, quiet and super well organised with washing machine which was of great use. the little market across the road is quirky and the lady is also super friendly
