Cala Deia. Best views in Mallorca

This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

60sqm with one bedroom, a reading room and a living room. Right it the historic center, few minutes walking from everywhere. Perfect for couples also can host kids under 15yo: 150cm size bed, junior bed and baby cot. 2 more units in the same building, all belong to Poc a Poc Suites turismo interior. Completely equipped: ac, heating, wifi, tv-dvd, washing-dryer machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooking equipment. The stairs at our building are a bit steep like most in the old town, no elevator.

A duplex on the seafront

My great-grandfather bought the land to make a small wooden house where his wife, my great-grandmother, could put her swimsuit in a private place. It was the beginning of the 20th century and people were starting to swim simply for pleasure. He finally decided to build a house and it was the first beach apartment in Puerto de Sóller; then everything was in the countryside and he was able to choose the best views and location of the entire promenade.
