We really enjoyed staying at the property. It really is a beautiful house with perfect location on the beach, quiet neighborhood and fantastic balcony! In winter the apartment is a bit cool and it takes some time to warm up with the wood stove. The bedrooms are also cool, which is bypassed by the small mobile electric radiators. The two small boilers (two bathrooms) are only enough for one person each, but are also warm again after 30 minutes. The family reception incl. Loved the house tour, as well as the honest attention to all the special features. We would definitely go again!! :-)

Lara's apartment, is very cozy, has all amenities, is very spacious and comfortable. The location is very good and the sound of the beach and its view, makes it a place of total disconnection. The check-in instruction very well explained and to the attention of Lara of 10. We will certainly come back. Thank you

We had a few days with our family and everything was very good.

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed. We were welcomed by Rob, and Rob and Teresa went out of their way to enable us early entry. The flat is beyond spotless, everything was extremely comfortable and homey so tastefully done. The fridge was stocked with butter, water, milk, just very thoughtful, there is coffee and shower gel washing machine liquid, the list is endless and quite honestly the best stocked apartment I have ever stayed in. There is a full sized bathroom and kitchen with a lovely living space with the bed positioned off the living room. There is plenty of storage and hangers 😂. The position of the flat on Las Fuentes beach - promenade is perfect you can hear the waves crashing on the beach at night and the flat is in a beautiful peaceful gated community. Do NOT hesitate to book this apartment we stayed for a week and I could have stayed longer. I will definitely return.

5 minutes walking from the pebbles beach. 5-7 minutes driving from the sand beach and small centre. supermarket next door. very nice, but at 5am the truck comes every day. the house has everything you need as a family. one bedroom did not have an airconditioning. very helpful hosts

We xare very happy with our stay in Vanessa’s apartment. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Close to the beach and town. Vanessa was responsive and courteous. Check in was easy and convenient.

We had a fantastic holiday in the stay with our family. The stay and the location was above expectations. Actually, we just had to bring our own clothes. Everything for the stay, but also for the beach was present! The space in the apartment was fantastic and the views breathtaking. Everything within walking distance. A cozy environment without people crowds. And that in high season! The host always responded very quickly and kindly. Recommended!

Good things: The house is very well conditioned and equipped. Its location in front of the sea is excellent. Communication, always virtual, with Pilar has been fast, clear, friendly and very fluid. Our stay at the Alcanar Houses was very pleasant. Not so good things - the back rooms are not as quiet as the rest of the house as they face the road.

That was great! We went to a group of 11. We've been at home. The hosts were super friendly at all times and in everything we asked for. I'm sure if we can come back! Highly recommended!

An exceptional stay in this house where there is all the comforts. Special mention for this beautiful terrace overlooking the water of a turquoise blue. What a pleasure to have the beach at the foot of the house, it is very uncrowded and that is a real plus. The kids greatly enjoyed the pool and the huge relaxation ottomans. A beautiful house where we felt comfortable in any weather. In the glazed veranda, wind and January coolness can be enjoyed wonderfully. With a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms are inviting, tastefully furnished. In the kitchen there is everything necessary, with sufficient and decorative dishes. Due to the 2 levels, there are good retreats. We loved spending our time in and around the house. Thanks to Eelco and Ariane !

Our stay was great! The location was perfectly close to the pool with beach views and beach access and 10 minutes drive to town and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and cozy! Sheila was very friendly, always available and gave us lovely tips for the place. The only negative point was that the window makes very loud noises in bad wind. Would highly recommend!:)

Peniscola is a great place to relax and unwind. Lots of restaurants and shops. Great beaches. The apt is clean, spacious and kitted out with everything you need. The pool is perfect for a refreshing dip and some lengths, never really busy. The apt is very close to the beach and town centre. Great for our family.

Nice, uncomplicated contact with short response times. The house is great and very spacious for a family of four and is perfect for remote work with workspace and fiber optic internet. In sight and hearing distance of the sea, wonderful night music.

The house is beautiful and you feel really good there. It's just as convenient. The kitchen is very functional like the rest. A real little piece of heaven. She welcomed us super warmly and was very kind and we thank her for her responsiveness which solved us. It's rare that I go back to a house or write a review but it will be the case for it from the heart.

We loved this place so much that we extended our stay for extra days. The view from the large terrace is stunning. The apartment has plenty of space for a large family, all amenities you need and a full kitchen. Beautiful neighborhood, we felt safe and enjoyed walking on the beach several times a day. It really felt like second home. David was a great host, helpful, easy to communicate with, providing very good instructions for self check-in.

Sergio‘s apartment was exactly as listed, had all the amenities we needed and an amazing view of the ocean. The location is great for exploring Vinaròs, we could walk everywhere! We had a change of plans for our schedule and ended up having to arrive at the apartment at 2 AM and Sergio was able to accommodate that late night arrival, we very much appreciated his flexibility!

Very nice house and well equipped. The house is ideally located and we get used to the different levels . Everything can be done on foot. Rooftop terrace is nice The amenities are plentiful and enjoyable. We'll be happy to go back.

Elisa is lovely and friendly, we came from a colder area and if we were in doubt we included extra heating in the accommodation. The whole family had an unforgettable few days in Oropesa.

Great house for those who want to enjoy family and a good rest! Unbeatable views!!! Quiet beach! Must be accessed with water shoes, there are a lot of stones! The hostess was very attentive to everything, great! We'll be back for sure.
