I recently stayed here with my four friends, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The place was impeccably clean and fully furnished, providing all the comforts we needed for our getaway. Our host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to accommodate our check-in and check-out times, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It's always nice to feel welcomed, and their consideration really stood out. Another highlight was the location! The property is conveniently near the coastal road, which was perfect for my friends who love to start their mornings with a refreshing run. They absolutely loved it! Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

Sir Roland was a great host, always made us feel right at home and if we had any needs. Sir Roland is a very polite and quick to respond if you had any extra needs. I always felt very safe on the premises. Guards are also very polite and welcoming and very professional. I would recommend his place and will stay again in near future. thanks again Sir Roland.

Space is great and with parking as well. very close to Abreeza and Grab delivery/taxi is able to find it. I will definitely come back. Mae Anne is a very accomodating host

I will surely book with Miss Eldeen again in the future! She's so kind for letting us to check in early even though we requested to booked the place at the very last minute. Really pleasant stay, location is very quiet. Enjoyed the late night sits at the balcony. I could watch basketball games from the balcony what amused me during the weekends. Surroundings were very clean and well maintained. Even my requests for a blender was taken care of without any extra fees. The owner checked in regularly to check if everything was OK which was very kind. Would definitely book it again for my next trips. I would recommend this stay to anyone who values quietness on the afternoon.

As a foreign traveller to philippines, i could not have asked for a better experience! From arrival we were met with a beautiful chocolate welcoming gift. The house was beautiful, well kept and in walking distance to many new restaurents and cafes. The care takers were extremly helping in ensuring we had everything we needed. I would rexommend this to anyone looking for a hign end experience with a very reasonble price.

Exactly as advertised. Good place to stay if on a budget and not planning to spend a lot for a trip. Spacious ref and quiet neighborhood. I appreciate the accommodation of my check in I requested (12am). Polite caretaker and Host. Will definitely stay again next year.

Highly recommended place to stay in davao. Spotless, friendly host, helpful host. Even close to the famous Catholic Church in davao. And overlooking Restaurants nearby and SM Mall Ecoland for shopping. Overall experienced is absolutely worth stay-in! All the best to Ms. Jennifer 👍

Me and my family had an amazing stay at this condo! The unit was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. What truly stood out was the generosity of the host, who didn’t charge us extra for our late additional guest. This level of understanding and flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. I was one of the cleanest places I've stayed with no bugs. Everything was exactly as shown with everything we could need. It was fairly close to some nice waterfront restaurants and close to the Ferry to Samal Island. Checking in would have been very easy, but I made everything difficult because I lost my phone at the airport in the US before I even left. I had my laptop, but I had problems finding wifi, so I had trouble accessing info that would have made it very easy to check in. I stayed in a hotel the first night to get Wifi and access all the info I needed to get in the unit. In case I had any trouble with the keyless entry, they dropped a key at the hotel front desk. They were great and very responsive. All the issues I had were of my own making and wouldn't have been issues, if hadn't lost my phone. There was a store on the property for basics. The pool was great, people were friendly, and the laundry was open 24/7. No complaint

The stay here was amazing! There is a beautiful view out on the balcony, especially if you look to the right! When I arrived i felt right at home and could rest myself from the long travel there. During the stay there were some ants but as long you dont leave your trash around they were no problem. overall i loved the ac and the stay there everything was near and it was a pleasure to stay at this Airbnb.
