Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Toril

The place is really nice and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is spacious. One of the best features is the large counter table—it provided plenty of space to organize our things and made the whole place feel even more functional.

I recently stayed here with my four friends, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The place was impeccably clean and fully furnished, providing all the comforts we needed for our getaway. The property is conveniently near the coastal road, which was perfect for my friends who love to start their mornings with a refreshing run. They absolutely loved it! Sir Roland was a great host, always made us feel right at home and if we had any needs. Sir Roland is a very polite and quick to respond if you had any extra needs. I always felt very safe on the premises. Guards are also very polite and welcoming and very professional. I would recommend his place and will stay again in near future. thanks again Sir Roland.

As a foreign traveller to philippines, i could not have asked for a better experience! From arrival we were met with a beautiful chocolate welcoming gift. The house was beautiful, well kept and in walking distance to many new restaurents and cafes. The care takers were extremly helping in ensuring we had everything we needed. I would rexommend this to anyone looking for a hign end experience with a very reasonble price.

Very clean when I arrived. Mosquitoes only came in after I opened the windows one day for 24 hours. When I arrived there were no mosquitoes. Lots of tricycle drivers hang out outside the door. Bedroom is relatively quiet. Cold shower. Nice big refrigerator. House is very decorated.

Highly recommended place to stay in davao. Spotless, friendly host, helpful host. Even close to the famous Catholic Church in davao. And overlooking Restaurants nearby and SM Mall Ecoland for shopping. Overall experienced is absolutely worth stay-in! All the best to Ms. Jennifer 👍

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

The space is not only beautifully decorated but also incredibly cozy and well-maintained. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making our stay hassle-free and comfortable.I’ve stayed in several Airbnb houses before, and I must say Soy’s place stands out as incredibly awesome. The location is perfect,quiet and peaceful, yet just a stone's throw away from the mall, schools, and banks. It made everything so convenient, especially since we could easily run errands and enjoy the local attractions without having to go far.What really stood out was Soy’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming home away from home. Host is very responsive and replies to questions/inquiries within a couple of minutes. The unit is very cozy for a minimalist style. Walking distance to cafes, and restaurants, there’s also a convenience store a block from the building. The host is also very proactive to my needs as well. 5 out of 5 would recommend this place.

The stay here was amazing! There is a beautiful view out on the balcony, especially if you look to the right! When I arrived i felt right at home and could rest myself from the long travel there. During the stay there were some ants but as long you dont leave your trash around they were no problem. overall i loved the ac and the stay there everything was near and it was a pleasure to stay at this Airbnb.
