Holiday rentals with a patio in Tone River

Numa’s place is a gem. It was very clean and included many thoughtful things for your stay. While compact, it still felt on the more spacious side for a Japanese apartment. It’s conveniently located about a 10 minute walk from Ebisu station making it very easy to access. It’s on a peaceful street, yet with restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores in close proximity. Numa was very responsive and helpful for any needs. Be sure to check out his host book guide for recommendations in the neighborhood. I’d happily stay here again!

This was a gem of a place in the heart of Tokyo . Easy connection to local transport and a really nice quite place for a extended stay We will be looking this up on our next trip to Tokyo as well

Good location. It’s near the train station and very close to GU, Uniqlo, and Don Quijote (open 24 hours). The room is spacious. I think it’s comfortable enough for two people instead of three. A good thing is that they have a washing machine, so don’t bring too many clothes as you can wash them daily. However, the stairs are very narrow, making it difficult to carry heavy luggage upstairs.

Sophie's apartment is located close to Ōtsuka station on the Yamanote line, making it easy to get around to the rest of the city. The neighborhood is fantastic, with many delicious restaurants nearby, and only a 20 minute walk to Ikebukuro. The flat was cosy and furnished very nicely, and I appreciated the amenities available like the washing machine and hair dryer. I didn't find it too noisy at all, as the train stopped running before I fell asleep. Sophie was so friendly and helped us out a lot, and even had someone check if we shut the door when we had forgotten if we did. I would recommend her flat to anyone staying in Tokyo!

Yuki is a great host, always responsive, and easy to communicate with. The place is nice, just like the photo. And the free storage service is pretty helpful. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay for a short term at Shinjuku.

This is a great location, a little off the beaten path but close to a convenient train station. The area was quiet and peaceful. We had a few minor issues during our stay but Katsuo was super responsive and addressed the issues quickly. He was super responsive and very polite and pleasant to interact with. The apartment is cozy yet spacious (by Tokyo standards)

We really enjoyed our stay in Tokyo! The apartment is in Nishi-Shinjuku, which was about a 20 minute walk to the main Shinjuku station. We travelled often to Shibuya and took the 51 bus which was very regular and close by. The apartment itself was very clean, it's not huge but this is Tokyo! We stayed for around 9 nights and found it comfortable and all quite new. The only downside was the WIFI which wasn't great as we wanted to work from the apartment and couldn't, it uses mobile WIFI so we couldn't connect to our work networks - this was a shame as the flat had a nice separate study for working. The host was super responsive and quick to answer and help us will anything. Thanks again!

Super love this homestay, very clean, convenient transportation, the environment is super cozy and comfortable, the host is very considerate, prepared small snacks and small gifts for the kids for us, will also help us to make restaurant recommendations for good restaurants, I don't get tired of answering questions for me, my family is also very happy to stay here, my family is also happy to stay as comfortable and warm as my own home, my daughter said it is our home, she is very happy to stay here,🤣 we must be five stars.

Kiki was an amazing host! Every time my group had a question, it was always answered quickly. The house is amazing and cozy! The house is located near great grocery stores and local restaurants and bakeries. We loved our stay!!!!

The space design of this house is very reasonable and the living facilities are very complete. I really like watching Netflix at night and taking a bath in the big bathtub in the bathroom here, which relieves the fatigue of the whole day's journey.

It is very close to the station, and there is a 7-Eleven conveniently located just across the road, and the neighborhood is also very quiet.

Convenient transportation, fully furnished rooms, and a pleasant vacation.

Loved staying at Eleven’s place! Host was extremely responsive and helpful. The location is very close to the train station and easy to get to. Can also walk directly from shinjuku about 20 mins if you want to skip the hub bub. Elevators in shin okubu station are right at the entrance and easy to find to transport our giant luggage’s. House is spacious and clean. Tatami mats and blankets were super nice to sleep on and the heater worked like a dream.

Very nice place to stay, Maple was very enthusiastic to answer all the questions, the location was good and had some small issues that were taken care of in a timely manner after communicating.The response information is also very quick, and it is also suitable for bringing children together.

This lovely apartment is very spacious and light. It is close to the station and several good convenience stores . It has a lift. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are warm and flexibly lit. The kitchen is well supplied with a very big fridge too. Alice is a helpful and very flexible host. I recommend this apartment. It is truly a home from home .

The room was very cosy and clean. Provided all the amenities that I required to feel at ease. The location is nice and away from the busy night life but may get a little noisy during the day, as it’s next to a fuel station. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider coming back in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in Shinjuku. We got a bit worried when we found out the apartmt was near Kabukicho but it was absolutely fine. Kabukicho is actually a busy and fun area. Just dont respond to anyone approaching you. We are a family of 5 with children and felt very safe everywhere. The apartmt is Close to train stations and quick walk to busy Shinjuku. We even walked all the way to Shibuy. Perfect place to stay in busy Shinjuku. Just need to know that it is quite cozy especially when you come from Australia and have a lot of space :)
