Charming apartment in the old grocery store. The 85 m2 apartment is located in the Southern Jutland town of Arrild, close to Ferieby, summer houses, swimming pool and shopping facilities. 6 person holiday home in Arrild resort with outdoor hot tub and sauna for rent. The house contains 2 rooms, + an annex of 12 sqm with double bed. Free access to swimming pool with many facilities, grocery store, restaurant, mini golf, playground, fishing lake as well as plenty of opportunities for walking/running and bike rides in the area. The house has a heatpump, wood-burning stove, dishwasher, cable TV, wifi and trampoline in the garden. We care a lot about the house being clean, neat, and in order. Consumption and any cleaning will be added to the price.
