Family-friendly holiday rentals in Tonawanda

We had a wonderful stay at Mary & Brock’s. The home is beautiful and their backyard is stunning. They had bird feeders and it was like a bird sanctuary! I have never seen such a variety of birds which was so fun. We were there during the Fourth of July and we were actually able to see some of the fireworks from their front porch! Their place was clean and very comfortable. Mary was responsive and communicative throughout the experience. Thank you Marion Brock for letting us stay at your home!

We loved our stay at Shella's cabin! not only did all the amenities at the resort exceed our expectations, but the close proximity to everything was amazing well! We were able to be close to everything while being able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. Will definitely visit again! we appreciated Shella's responsiveness!

What a cute little place! It was very cozy and homey feeling, it definitely felt like a home away from home! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The street was quiet and across the street from nice walking trails for our pup. And Niagara is literally walking distance away! Tamar was also super responsive and accommodating and we appreciated her willingness to help us make our dates and plans work out!! We would definitely stay again!

This was a great location for those traveling to Niagara Falls. I enjoyed how it was close to the places that we wanted to tour. I also appreciated how responsive the host was when we needed support. Thank you for the stay!

Beautiful home and amazing property! The house is incredible, and we especially enjoyed the views, peace, and quiet. When we had a minor problem related to the extreme cold, Rebekah responded immediately and came over to fix it within the hour even though it was right before the holiday. She was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We definitely recommend and will be staying here again whenever we are in the area!

Great place to stay and we feel so lucky to have found Lewiston via this listing! A second bed (twin) was added to the second bedroom since photos were taken, which was an awesome upgrade for our kids. The couch was amazingly spacious and comfortable for our family of four - and now we are on the hunt for one just like it for home! There weren’t any cushions on the outdoor furniture, as pictured. On checkout day we alerted Taylor to the fact that there are some serious bee issues at both the front and back entrances. They must be aware, because a can of insecticidal was sitting nearby. We also shared that the fridge was not making any ice. Surely these items will be addressed before the next guests. Oh - some instructions for the Nest thermostat would be helpful for future guests. We had a very comfortable stay, host is very responsive, place is clean, AC is working great, hot water works well... Place facilities such as the pool is nice and clean, we enjoyed the multi purpose court where we were able to play pickleball.

Julian’s house was roomy with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a den, dining area and kitchen. We even sat on the front porch for awhile. We easily walked to all the sights and felt very safe. The only issue we had was noise from the street on Saturday night, which was not Julian’s fault. We were so tired that it didn’t bother us for long. Coffee was provided and the whole place had been updated. Very nice accommodations. Julian was very helpful when we arrived. Having a dedicated parking place was great!!

This was our second stay at this property. We had an amazing time the first time and again the second time. Everything is as described in the listing. Joanna is great as a host and very responsive. The place is sqeaky clean. Lots of extra linens and bedding. Pool table and swimming pool keep people occupied. Sauna is a bonus! Highly recommend it!

This cottage is just like the pictures and it was very clean was in a great location very close to the beach walking distance. The backyard is like your own little tranquil paradise! The pool was clean. Everything was great. My family and I went there for my 50th birthday and we truly enjoyed ourselves even my teenage boys. We honestly didn’t wanna leave Best Birthday ever and the host Trevor is amazing responsive and friendly. Super nice highly recommend this place. I know we will definitely be going back .

Beautiful, peaceful home with extremely comfortable and large beds. It's obvious that hosts take a great deal of pride in the property which has everything one could need. Excellent base to visit the Falls, Niagara on the Lake and the outlets. Walking distance to the Royal Niagara Golf Course (where you can hire clubs). Last but not least an amazing pool too.

Great cottage. Only 20mn to Niagara Falls but in a very quiet and peaceful cottage neighborhood. The house is as described. You can enjoy walking in the neighborhood, sit next to a fire pit, cook on the grill and relax on the pool after a long day at the Falls. You definitely feel at home with all the available amenities. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. They always made sure we have what we need. They do genuinely care. We had a great time. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much.

From the booking, check in instructions, questions and check out Amanda was always pleasant to talk to and very responsive. The place was clean, fully functional and we felt right at home. The bed was comfortable and the space was welcoming. I really hope it is available again next year as we would love to come back. You can expect to be “wowed” by the views of the lake from most rooms and the beautiful forest setting in others. The tower bedroom is stunning and the abundant space is comfortable and cozy for nurturing relationships and a feeling of ‘home’. Mary was accommodating, quick to respond to messages and surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate the holidays, which we ended up using for our daughter’s surprise engagement! I can only imagine what it would be like in the summer with the warm weather and pool open. We would highly recommend this home.
