Great Place, Lots of Room & Close to the Falls!

We offer well appointed surroundings. Not just with the interior of the home, but with the exterior as well. We have for you a place to relax, chat with family and a safe and comfortable place to enjoy. The inside offers you a lounge with sofas and a TV. we can host up to 6 people very comfortably with 3 full 4 pc bathrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms have only 1 bed each. Two queens and a Double (Just shy of a Queen). Our exterior has a BBQ and a patio set just for our guests.

Fantastic 4 day stay ! Went to visit Niagara Falls and was amazed. It’s in a close proximity to all the fun activities. The house was very accommodating for my family, huge rooms, huge spaces. This house was great! Super clean and comfortable with fresh smelling blankets and linens. You're right on the lake which is amazing with a huge backyard. The house has everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. You are on a busy road which can be a bit loud at night but the lake makes it comparable. Bill is a great host, had the fireplace going for us when we got there and was very responsive.

Lisa and Amanda checked in with us prior to and when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised by lovely bottle of wine and chocolates in the kitchen. Lisa made some wonderful suggestions for the area. The house exceeded our expectations. Lisa checked in with us to ensure all was acceptable on day 2 as well and made herself available to us if we needed anything. We had a significant snowfall and they ensured that the snow was cleared and access was safe. I look forward to enjoying another visit in their home. It is exceptionally clean, well maintained and stocked with everything that we could possibly need. Comfortable beds and bedding. Thoughtful additions of cozy throw blankets, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryers were included in both of the washrooms. Everything is as it appears in the photos. Lakeview winery is across the road and walkable and fun for tastings. Perfect location!!!

Such a cute place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls. I would definitely stay here again, the place looks exactly like the pictures and host was very nice. We had an issue with the fire alarm going off and the host called us to ask permission to enter while we were out (which I thought was very nice of them to ask!) I definitely recommend staying here!!

We loved Jasmine's place. It was a beautiful home with lots of space for two families. The beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and wagon were a great addition. Also, not having to bring our own linens was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication pre and post stay...excellent customer service.

Adrianne was an amazing host and the place was perfect. It was spacious, well decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked. The fridge even had a few breakfast treats for the first morning. It is located a short drive from just about everything in Niagara. Easily a 10/10
