My stay was very good! The house was impeccable, very comfortable, and offered a wide variety of activities to enjoy. In addition, Angel, the caretaker, was exceptional: attentive, friendly and always attentive to our well-being. Definitely an experience I would recommend without a doubt. As an additional recommendation, I would consider adding meshes in the area of the courts to avoid the loss of balls, for everything else, we would definitely come back!

My family and I stayed at this magical place for a week, and it was an unforgettable experience. We had plans to go out every day, but honestly, we didn’t want to leave, the place had everything we needed to feel completely comfortable and happy. Waking up to the sound of birds singing and the gentle breeze was just amazing. The moment we opened our eyes, we couldn’t wait to get out of bed to watch the stunning sunrise over the mountains and clouds. The hospitality here is beyond incredible. You don’t expect to be so well taken care of from the moment you arrive until the very last second before you leave, but Christian and Janeth are always there, making sure everything is perfect. Without a doubt, I will be coming back to this beautiful place, and I 100% recommend it!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Home was clean and fully equipped. We enjoy the pool and backyard with the upstairs porch the most. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back sometime.

The accommodation was very good, the house is very nice, it is well equipped, we found everything very clean, with towels and sheets. Everything in order. The house is just as shown in the photos. Of the best places I've been to that area, the super nice house, the tidy condominium and very good service from all the staff. Ana was always pending if we needed anything and the check-in and check-out time was flexible so we could enjoy the entire bridge. It's a house I would definitely come back to.

We had a great time! It is just like the photographs, the gentleman is very friendly and responds quickly. Something to highlight is the cleanliness of the whole apartment and the comfort. The kitchen has all the necessary items.

Sandra's apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The pool and jacuzzi reservation makes check-in orderly. It is a five-minute walk from the town of Ricaurte, so any shopping you need is very close. A very quiet complex to rest.

Excellent location, Marcela responded quickly to our request was very friendly, the flexible check-in before 3:00 pm, the apartment is as seen in the photos, the social air, very clean pools, the only thing that did not have was Internet, in the area there is not very good internet coverage but for me it was no inconvenience since I did not need it. 10/10 accommodation, very comfortable and clean, very cool (we didn't have to use the AC), very good pools, games for children, parking next to the apartment, ramp access (for baby strollers and wheelchairs) The security staff guides and treats temporary guests very well (good detail)
