We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

We decided to stay in this magnificent place to celebrate New Year's Eve and we are so happy to have made this choice! The place is immersed in nature and offers spectacular views, from dawn to dusk. It is ideal for a retreat in contact with nature and yourself, but also for a group stay. Pietro is an extremely friendly host who puts the value of human relationships first, even when traveling. He and his wife welcomed us with a welcome aperitif with great local products (and made us try the oil of their crazy olive trees!!) to get to know each other better. Pietro has always been available for all our needs. Highly recommended for those looking for a slow, not stressful experience. See you next time! (Maybe in the summer with the pool open :-) )

The most beautiful city location in the world and Minou's place was ideal. She was a kind and helpful host too. We had a wonderful trip!!

Eriselda is a great host, kind, helpful, and always responds to messages quickly. There was no problem with late check-in and leaving the apartment later. Quiet village, beautiful beach, sunset and lots of bars and two well-stocked grocery stores. An apartment as described, equipped with all necessary appliances, dishwasher, iron, dryer, towels, etc. Very comfortable large double beds and a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Great location, close to the airport but without the noise of planes, also easy access to Rome. I recommend this unit. 😊

We spent some nice time in the house. We did appreciate to be able to have our meal on the balcony, the quality of the bed and the cleanliness of the place. Many thanks Annamaria for your help and your kindness.

With my partner, we had a really nice month in Marco's apartment. The house is spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities for an extended stay. The terrace and large living room are definitely the added values, perfect for relaxing outdoors or in front of the TV. The interiors are functional and cozy: the living room with a sofa and smart TV is ideal for relaxing moments, the kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom is spacious and there are several closets, both in the room and in the hallway to comfortably store suitcases and luggage. The location is very convenient, with supermarkets, bars, pastry shops and many other amenities within walking distance. Also, the nearest beach can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. A super thank you to Marco and Sandro for their availability and courtesy, they were exceptional hosts, always ready to assist us when necessary.

Maddalena's place was excellent for a month-long stay in Rome. It was everything it appeared to be in the photos, and the rooftop terrace made it one of the most beautiful Airbnb's that I've stayed in. Adding a huge Thank You to Roberta, who helped me check in, and was extremely kind in driving me to the airport on the morning I checked out! Thank you so, so much!
