Close to Otsuka Station and the neighborhood is peaceful! There are many convenience stores nearby and the location is good. The shower and toilet are shared, but on the second floor, there was a men's shower room, a unisex shower room, and a women's shower room, and there were two sinks in two women's toilets! The shower is small, but it was clean and nice. The dryer seems to be in every room, and the room was in great condition!! However, hand towels regardless of the length of stay? It was a shame to give one sheet and one body towel. The refrigerator in the room also had good performance, and there were hangers. It was like a heater and an air conditioner, and it's no wonder it's dry because of the heater..! The room is an electronic door lock, and the host sends you instructions by text at 2 o'clock. I left my carrier in the space on the first floor before check-in, so anyway, it's good!

Had an amazing stay in itabashi city. The room was better than our expectations. The setup was very spacious and easily accommodated our group of 4, spotless unit with very modern appliances, and a short walk from the subway. Ryan was also an extremely helpful host and even helped us to call a taxi and made sure we were completely set before leaving as we were running late to the airport. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

I loved my stay here! My boyfriend and I were welcomed nicely, and the people working there were very helpful. They helped however they could, even when it was something small. The room was nice and cozy, with space under the bed for luggage. They have a binder in the room with all the room's details and accommodations and even places to explore around the area. I loved how it was also super close to the train station, and I could quickly get from place to place. Huge thank you to the staff and their hospitality.
