Holiday rentals with beach access in Todos Santos

My husband and I just finished a stay at Erik’s Seaside apartments. We had a wonderful time and wished we could have stayed longer. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable with everything we needed. The patios and roof top deck had gorgeous ocean views and the Tortugueros Las Playitas baby turtle release was so much fun and right on the beach within walking distance. It’s the perfect spot with the sound of ocean waves and unbelievable starry nights to lull you to sleep. We will definitely stay there again!

We were two couples traveling together and had a great time staying in this condo. It is right in the rustic center of Cerritos and walking distance to the beach for body surfing or a bite to eat. The condo is in a very small cluster of units that share a pool and is very quiet. The place is clean and well stocked for cooking. One bedroom has its own bathroom and the other bedroom uses the full hall bath. It is very comfortable for two couples, though I think it would be tight to add more people - there is a third bed for two more people.

We highly recommend a stay at Casa Oasis with Patricia in Todos Santos! She was a fantastic host, going above and beyond to accommodate us by responding quickly and proactively to any request. The place was perfect for our needs (I was traveling with my Mom) but do keep in mind that the upstairs unit (two twin beds plus separate bathroom) is up an internal staircase and totally disconnected from the main living space (with king bed, full bath and kitchen / dining areas) Also note the pool and hot tub are not heated in the winter but we weren’t expecting that and had plenty to do otherwise :) you truly can’t beat the views from the rooftop, peacefulness of the remote location and all the amenities to feel at home. Definitely take advantage of the pass to El Faro beach club for an afternoon!

Surroundings: So peaceful and right in front of San Pedrito surf break. Great for watching the surfers, whales, sunsets, and stars. The patio was perfect since you always had the option of sun or shade. Inside: Although it is a studio, it had everything we needed. There are closets and drawers to keep things organized and out of the way. The kitchen had all the basics. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Internet was great. Outside: The jacuzzi and pool were well designed and clean. Great to have on site laundry during our three week stay. Next time I’ll pack less! Host: Robert and his partner are the best hosts. They are available and quick to respond if you need them but otherwise let you enjoy the solitude of the place. The dog: There is a beautiful, quiet, gentle dog on site. But if you don’t like dogs (this one might change your mind), she is super obedient and will leave.

I loved this place! I will be coming back. So relaxing, safe, at the ocean, serene. Make are you have a rental car, as it’s a ways from downtown!

Loved everything about our stay in Todos santos! Paulo’s place is close to all things shopping and great food/drinks. Also a quick drive to hiking and the beach. Will definitely be back!

Quiet and peaceful unit with a beautiful view of the beach. You can surf and swim right out in front and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. We appreciated the tip about Cactus car rentals.

Wonderful 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment approx 4 min walk to the Cerritos town beach. It is attached to a lovely hotel, with access to the pool, hot tub, breakfast, and hotel amenities. Can’t pick a better spot in Los Cerritos - location was absolutely perfect to walk down to the amazing beach and also walk to dinner, coffee, or the market. Thank you for an amazing stay. Don’t miss out on the stellar breakfasts!

We have been to Todos Santos many times, this was our favorite spot. Super backyard and pool, comfortable spacious inside just what went needed. Lovely walk to the beach, it was hard to leave.

Great location and an easy, short walk to a beautiful beach. The property had lots of room to spread out for our family of six. The salt water pool and hot tub were amazing!

Spending time at Daniel and Grant’s sanctuary was a truly special experience…peaceful, unspoiled, and effortlessly connected to its surroundings. The perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility, it offered a quiet retreat just moments from great dining and activities. The sound of local fishermen’s laughter drifting through the air only added to its charm. They kindly welcomed my dogs. It’s the kind of place that stays with you, and I hope future visitors get to experience the same sense of Baja’s magic. Xoxoxo

Vicente was the ultimate host. He arranged massages, and a private chef dinner for five of us during our stay and was very understanding when we needed to make changes to times based on our needs/travel times. The house is superb. We were a family of five: three older children (13, 22,25) and us. Everyone was happy with the layout, beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. I made Christmas dinner for us given we didn’t expect to eat out on that day. Everything was there for a full breakfast and dinner including spices, oils, utensils and cookware. They then provided one deep clean during our four night stay which was greatly appreciated as there is no dishwasher. Easy check in, amazing sunsets, gorgeous beach and a ton of food options close by! A few of our faves: Shaka's Delicious Wood Cantina y Galeria Sr. Beans Cafetería The Original (coffee + breakfasts) Tre galline (Italian in Todos Santos was outstanding) We can’t wait to go back!

Great location for us. Very quiet. Easy walk to a nice grocery store. One of my favorite things about Casa Árbol were the two comfortable outside chairs on the patio. The two lounge chairs were also comfortable with the afternoon shade. A nice touch was having a blender to make smoothies. The room was large, although a bit sparse with decorations. The pathway to walk to the beach is currently blocked with no trespassing signs. We ignored the signs and were politely stopped by someone who told us we couldn’t go that way anymore. We took an alternative route and it took us 20 minutes to walk to the beach by heading north on the main road and then turning left down Calle Los Mangos.

My husband and I visit Cerritos once a year. We usually stay near the surf town. This time we brought my parents and step sister and her husband and decided to stay at Colt and Barbara’s place. The house is very nice and the gardens are beautiful! It has a nice pool which we used even though the temps didn’t get much above 80 most of the time we were there. The only thing it was lacking was outdoor furniture around the pool and on the upper deck. We reached out to the owners and they were able to supply us with lounge chairs and a hammock very quickly. Barbara even brought us some wood for a fire but we never ended up having one. Colt and Barbara are very responsive and wonderful hosts! Thanks for a great stay!

Jed is the kindest, most helpful host! We loved this cozy spot in the most perfect location. Fell in love with todos santos and can’t wait to be back!

Amy’s house is gorgeous. Love the location. It’s not far from town. does offer privacy. I loved the rooftop terrace. The infinity pool is great too, although a little too cold to enjoy unfortunately for me and my group. (We visited in January) overall I highly recommend this location and hope to be back later this year.

My family stayed for 6 wonderful nights and we couldn't have happier! Shaina was a great host, welcoming us and offering lots of suggestions :) The unit itself was well stocked, with nice furnishings, and had everything we needed, including beach gear. Loved the outside living area with amazing views (so many whales!) and super easy access to the pools, hot tub and beach, all of which were incredible. The complex was never busy and we often had all the amenities to ourselves. The beach out front was always quite and just a 10 min walk to the main surf break and more action. Lots of great restaurants in the area! 5 stars all around! We'll definitely be back!

It was fun checking out the beach scene. Good location. Easy to drive out and explore Pescadero and Todos Santos too, it was a nice place to come home to.

Loved everything about this place ! The views were amazing ! We spotted so many whales too! The place was nicely decorated , everything you needed in kitchen , beds were extremely comfortable and the deck was one of our favorites place to watch sunset. My only concern was the roads , be aware it s a dirt road and very challenging at times driving on it even with an suv. But we still loved everything about this Airbnb. We will be back !! Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful time at Karen's place! Karen is a very professional and kind host, who has put a lot of effort into making one's stay in Cerritos easy to navigate with lots of extra information about the area, restaurants and things to do. The boogie boards, beach chairs and many extra items offered at the place were such a perk. We absolutely loved the private rooftop with views of the beach and whales every night. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Diane's place is perfect for a relaxing vacation in Cerritos. It's on the quieter side of the beach but still close enough to walk most places.
