A place to recommend, vacation, family, warm, excellent care from Luz Mery and her staff, the hygiene of the whole place is excellent. Different activities to be done that make up the family, the food is very homemade and very delicious. All the time the attention was adequate, from the moment it arrived it felt very welcoming, quiet and familiar. The arrival path is a bit uncovered but you can walk on a low-rise cart, with caution. Overall with all the amenities they provide, we didn't really need to move to the village, or to other places. Many thanks to Mrs. Mery and all her work team, we will definitely return to stay again.

My stay at Shambala Retiro Ecohotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views and the peaceful atmosphere. The cabins are beautifully designed, offering comfort and a deep connection with nature. The food was delicious, made with fresh ingredients that truly enhanced the experience. The staff was incredibly attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. A special thanks to Nini for her kindness and for always being there to help. The hospitality at Shambala is unmatched! I highly recommend this place 1000% to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

The climate, the area, the view and the attention; it has private spaces, totally cozy environments, excellent service to the table, this wonderful place transmits joy, peace, relaxation and total tranquility. If you are looking for a quiet place, to hear the mountain breeze and connect with nature this is definitely the place. The glamping has a great view, it's cool. You have all the comfort to enjoy the place, the hammock area where they also practice yoga is great. The driveway is mostly paved, and only a small stretch of a few minutes is uncovered. A place with a very special energy, I would go back without hesitation.

Ricardo's space is very beautiful, full of nature and tranquility. It's nicer than what's shown in the photos. Ricardo and his partners Angela and Jeanclon were attentive to our needs.
