Very quiet location, villa was perfect for what we wanted from our stay. Would definitely return. Just a word of advice, make sure you get access to a vehicle as it’s rather remote without and hard to get a taxi/ bus. Again, we knew this and was prepared 👍🏻

The house is just as seen in the photos. The location is a bit lonesome if you trust google maps. Although it is number 80, in Google maps you must put the 74. Everything was spotlessly clean. True, the cleaning rate is very high but the result is outstanding. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. Infinity of utensils for whatever you may need. The house in general is very well equipped with all kinds of amenities. We have undoubtedly enjoyed the house a lot, the tranquility of the area and how beautiful Spain is.

This was our second time staying at the house, and once again, it was absolutely fantastic. Gareth is an exceptional host, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay is as comfortable as possible. Thank you for trusting us with your beautiful home, we had an amazing time! We had a beautiful stay at this villa. A truly perfect family holiday with so many memories made here. The location is 10/10 just a few mim walk to the main Quesada town, lots of restaurants and shops. The villa is on a huge plot with a large size pool and lovely social seating areas. The villa itself is immaculately clean with all the items and condiments you need. Service from host was excellent and we will definitely return next year - thank you 😃

Our family had a great time in this amazing villa! Check-in was easy with Sergio meeting us there and showing us around. He was also very helpful and responsive with anything we wanted to ask during our stay. The villa was very clean and luxurious with comfortable beds. Bedding and towels provided and lovely furniture throughout the whole building. Plenty of comfy seating outdoors too. The street and neighbourhood were very quiet and the views from the villa towards the mountains were incredible! The pool is massive and being heated was so nice to use. We had an issue with the heater but it was sorted out quickly. The villa had heaters/AC which was great just to take the chill off the evenings. The smart TV was useful with apps providing plenty of choice for our family to watch TV when we were chilling out. Perfectly located as it's close to restaurants, supermarkets, parks, shops etc but out the way enough to feel tranquil. We really hope to be back soon as it's an incredible place!

Everything was impeccably clean, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It has a warm and cozy atmosphere. Ideal to get away and enjoy. Definitely a perfect place for a relaxing, carefree getaway. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay in the lovely house. The pool and facilities were amazing. Diane, who checked us in and out was lovely and gave many recommendations for what to do in the area. You do have to sign an additional contract later on which isn’t mentioned in the description. Overall we had an amazing stay.

Together with 3 friends, I stayed in Sylvia's beautiful, cozy house. We had a really lovely time! The house has every comfort, clean, tidy and cozy. The beds are very good. We found the spacious, sunny garden with sunbeds to be a big advantage. It is also very nice that you walk into the village of San Miguel in no time; the supermarket, bakery and various cozy restaurants are within walking distance. The beach and shopping center are easy to drive to. In addition, the apartment is well insulated, we were not bothered by noise from the neighbors or from the outside. The communication with Sylvia has also been very pleasant. We recommend this holiday home to everyone!

We love staying here and have done several times now. The house is always clean with a pleasure to communicate with the host, thanks for having us!

Communication with the hosts was excellent. The house was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. There was even an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and straighteners available. Thanks again. Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property is a true paradise, surrounded by nature and tranquility. We loved discovering the little farmhouse the hosts have, with its adorable dog that is super friendly and always willing to greet with enthusiasm. It was a detail that gave a special charm to our experience. We travel with our own dog, and it was wonderful to see how much space I had to run and enjoy the outdoors. This place is ideal if you are traveling with pets; there is plenty of land to explore and play. The hosts were incredibly attentive and kind, making sure we didn't miss anything during our stay. They are lovely people! If you are looking for a quiet place, surrounded by nature, with a special touch thanks to the farm and the hospitality of the hosts, this is the perfect place. We will definitely be back as soon as we have the time

Alicia was very helpful throughout our stay. She greeted us at check in and showed us around the house to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Any queries we had throughout our stay she replied very fast and always helped out. The two pools are amazing and the house is very spacious. 10/10

ESPECTACULAR. Housing: 100% matches the photos. We were delighted! - Impeccable cleanliness - Renovated house - Very complete, with countless amenities (great kitchen, game room, heating in room, TV ...) Mati: - Very friendly, good communication, responds very quickly. Any questions we had instantly resolved it. Give very easy directions to get to the house. In addition to having pamphlets of the routes and highlights areas. Definitely a cozy place to disconnect (minimum coverage) and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!

We, my Mother and i had a lovely time. The hosts made sure we were well looked after and made us feel relaxed. ( my mother just said "It was a home away from home.") We were met in Alicante airport by the Roman, (very friendly) who is responsible for Airport tansfers, (also taxied us back at a very competitive rate) So its a Five Star all rounder from both of us.
