The house is very familiar, traditional and comfortable. It has everything you need for you to spend very pleasant days. The pool area great, the very manicured gardening, has a garden dining room in which breakfast or cafecito, ufff, are super enjoyed. The pool of very good size for the family, the depth is 1.50 mt so if you have to be careful with the small children. It stays very clean as it has automatic pumping several times a day although if it is somewhat cold but nothing that is not supported (in heat). The kitchen is well equipped, with enough to prepare what you need. Bathrooms well, clean and functional. The communication with Alfredo is very good, always attentive, only that I would have preferred outside by WA because the application is impractical. The comfortable rooms with good fans but still the heat feels strong especially in the main one, so don't even fight it, the rooms at the back (cooler) are better.

The house is really like in the photos, it is very large and with a good location, it is in a condominium with surveillance. The hosts are always attentive, I requested the cook service and very well. The only thing I would put is the noise of the music, it was the surveillance of the condominium so that we could get it down about 8 pm, but from there everything is very good. Yes I recommend.

Fantastic Stay! We highly reccommend that you check yourself into this wonderful Hacienda and let the magic that is Tepoztlan make memories of a lifetime! Nacho the caretaker as well as Paula who comes to do the housekeeping are very special people, we feel lucky to have had the oportunity to shared time with them both!

Everything is excellent, the stay is very spacious and very pleasant, always attentive to needs! We would definitely come back to stay, just as a detail the entrance is a little difficult for vehicles, but that's external, everything else is perfect.

The accommodation is nice, quiet, something far from the city center but you arrive easy, buy everything before you arrive because there are not many shops nearby, if they carry a car because there is not so much problem, but if you go on foot you have to prevent everything, it is not independent entrance since someone will be opening the main access door to the ensemble, if you plan to leave at night you have to take into account that, take your dishes and glasses as there are very few or pure cups, the refrigerator that me.toco did not cool the fan at all because it did not serve, there is a need for some trap because because the refrigerator did not cool it thawed and there was no trap, but in general we had a good time

Evelyn's home is really cozy and makes you feel at home, additionally, it has multiple amenities such as movie room, pool table, pool, jacuzzi and a very spacious garden Perfect for relaxing and living as a family. I would stay at her place again a thousand more times.

The apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable, cozy, and as shown in the photos. It has a terrace with a nice view of the sunset. The whole complex is very nice, quiet and they have a cafeteria where they are very friendly and have good food. Jessica is very attentive to what we need, very friendly and with many nice touches. I highly recommend this place.

The location is also perfect, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of interest. We really enjoyed the terrace. The bed was extremely comfortable, which allowed us to rest. The stay at Miguel's cabin was very good. He communicated with us and was friendly. The stay was as expected. Had slight problems with the shower but he instructed us on how to work it properly. The area gets cold at night so bring extra warm clothing as we did. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future trips to the area. Thanks-you, Nathan & Steph

This chalet is a beautiful one. Very comfortable beds, the bathroom is spacious and the terrace is excellent. The space to leave the vehicles was great. The area is quite quiet and enjoyable which was very pleasant. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and treated us with courtesy. We'll probably be back soon!
