Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Titusville

When you're visiting a city specifically for the amusement parks, (that you know will bring traffic) location is everything. We were at a another Airbnb a few miles away but the AC went out. That was a great opportunity for us to come to Jean's house. The first two days at the other location was horrible. It took 20 minutes to get anywhere. Jean's house everything is close. Aldi, Walmart, Del Taco. and of course the amusement parks. We will be coming back in the summer!

Easy check-in and great communication led to a wonderful vacation!

Eileen home is very peaceful. Extremely clean and pet friendly. I didnt want to leave. I would definitely rent again. Til next time 😁

Great place with lots of space. Host even let me check in 2 hours early. Super clean and very well appointed. The only improvement I could suggest would be replacing the TV in the bedroom with one that actually works.

Very nice stay. Did not realize one of the bedrooms was twins and not double beds but we made do. Very clean and the kitchen was great

We enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Beach a few nights prior to our cruise. The space was perfect for our family of 4. My kids loved to swim at the beach and we loved that we could walk there as well as for groceries etc. It was so nice to have the beach shed with beach chairs! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing place, family friendly! A perfect place in a quiet neighborhood with community pool. Neighbors were friendly and helpful! Not too far from Disney, would stay here again.

John’s place is a quiet retreat away from the busy areas but close enough to get there in a few minutes. And the three minute walk to the beach is wonderful. The place is clean and John was responsive but not at all overbearing. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it for others.

Very clean,quality cabinetry , cookware and appliances. Nice private backyard for relaxing. We had everything we needed for a weeklong stay, no issues. Nice home.

Justin's service is amazing, all the personnel is attentive and kind, they communicate very quickly. We found this place after another host canceled on us on the check in day, not only was it available Justin's team were very helpful and understanding with the situation. The house is spacious and was very clean, the neighborhood felt very safe and convenient to get to different places. Check out process was smooth, instructions were very simple and not demanding (as in other places). Would recommend this listing and other Justin's listings because the service was spectacular.

José’s place was exactly what the description stated it was. Beautiful inside, well kept and orderly, clean! Jose accommodated us wonderfully… Even trying to get us in a little earlier around his cleaning team. Whenever we return to Orlando, we will definitely be staying with Jose! Our stay at this townhome was fantastic! It was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and super spacious. The check-in process was a breeze, and home had everything we need for a comfortable stay. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable. Additionally, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook. All in all the location was great, would definitely go back and I would definitely recommend.

We arrived in town earlier than expected and reached out to see if we could check early they responded quickly and were happy to accommodate us. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. Later, when our flight was delayed, we asked if we could check out later, and they graciously allowed it. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

This was the second time we stayed at Calandra's condo for a long stay, and we'd be happy to stay again. It's clean, Calandra is great, and it's very close to family at Solivita.

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

Shane's place was just as described the perfect place to come back to after a busy day in the parks. It was close to everything, shopping and restaurants, 15 min drive to the Disney parks. Shane was a great host, sweet, responsive and willing to work with my crazy flight schedule, it was like old school Airbnb.

Location was ideally close to all the major attractions. It was a peaceful and safe environment. Felt like my home away from home. Would stay again & recommend.

Great location! We were able to walk to beach, visit family before checking in for a cruise. The condo was clean, and looked like described! Would rent it again!!

Easy access to everything.

The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need for a good stay with the family and is located in a quiet area with easy access to everything. It is close to Disney parks and close to all kinds of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Gary is very diligent, offers clear instructions, and was on the lookout for us to have no issues on arrival.
