Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Our fully renovated and newly furnished apartment, which was completely renovated in 2023, is located on the outskirts of the village, but still within minutes of walking distance to the village center and thus close to the restaurants and shopping facilities. In addition to two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, you will find a large spacious living room, which invites you to relax with the fireplace, smart TV and relaxation lounger.

Enjoy this cocooning accommodation that offers good moments in perspective (10 mins from the city center by car and 20 minutes by public transport). This is a "real" airbnb, this is my home and not a "sanitized" apartment for holiday rental only. I'm counting on you in exchange to return the apartment as you found it. It is forbidden to smoke in the house and to enter with the shoes in the rooms where there is parquet.
