Holiday rentals with a patio in Tirrenia

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

The apartment is fantastic! The view from the terrace overlooking the mountains is spectacular, with sunshine from morning until evening. Check-in was easy, and Raphael and Elia responded very quickly to any messages. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the rainforest shower was a really cool extra touch. The internet was occasionally a bit unstable, but apart from that, the stay was perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing, carefree stay in nature, with plenty of hiking trails and winding mountain roads nearby, this is the place to be.

This is a great place to stay, especially if your intention is to stay a while, as it is very convenient for the train station. Pisa is a brilliant base for Florence, Lucca and other less well known places. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. It is near a CarreFour and excellent bakery. Definitely recommend it.

Our experience at this home in Pietrasanta was really enjoyable even if for just one night! The owner is extremely welcoming and helpful. The house is perfect for those who want to visit the Viareggio Carnival and the surroundings of Pietrasanta, being in a convenient and well-connected location (train station 3 minutes by car and with ample free parking) . In addition, the place is taken care of in every detail, with an eclectic decor that mixes different styles in a harmonious way. Each room is well maintained and makes the house really charming. Coffee machine is available, with a few courtesy capsules + various teas and herbal teas! Highly recommended! "

We had a lovely stay in this pretty little village. The accommodation is very clean, nothing is missing. Carla is very available and welcoming. There's even a small grocery bar in the village. The bedding is good too. I recommend… thanks again for our stay.

Easy to access home, also thanks to the precise directions received from Sara. Quiet area. Well-kept and clean rooms, actually everything is almost new. The street where the house is located is one-way and does not have private indoor parking. So to leave the car parked you have to have a little luck to find parking nearby. This is perhaps the only unfavorable point, but it can still be solved by taking "4 more steps." Recommended.

Giacomo and his lovely family welcomed me and made me feel at home. Still giving me privacy. I couldn't have asked for a warmer experience for my first weeks in Italy. It would be a pleasure to return.

We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this House, spacious spaces and nothing is missing. The location is strategic for those who like to visit the beautiful Tuscan places.

To find the accommodation, a big thank you to Samanta for these instructions because the accommodation is located in small pedestrian streets that are quite similar, in a beautiful and authentic village. The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped and clean. Samanta was attentive and very nice in the various exchanges we had. If you are looking for a nice house in the heart of the mountains while still being close to the city and the beaches, go for it. I would highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Super comfortable apartment, just outside of Lucca (about a 15 minute walk to get inside the city). Clean, large space, great communication from hosts, and super easy check-in/check-out. Oh, and the bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever come across in an Airbnb!

We have a family of 6 with 4 daughters. We were nervous about our first trip to Rome but this is the perfect place to stay for a family. We walked to all the attractions in Rome like the pantheon, the Vatican, the collesseum, and many basilicas. Perfect location and we would definitely stay here again when we return to Rome. Maria was very helpful and responsive to all our questions and was the perfect host. 5 stars!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!!!

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment with a group of friends and we were extremely satisfied with our choice! The location is really perfect, just a short walk from the center of Montecatini, which has made our explorations of the city comfortable. The apartment is spacious, well organized and equipped with every comfort, clean and cozy just as described in the previous reviews. Oksana was an exceptional host, always available and attentive to respond promptly to our questions. The atmosphere was quiet, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time convenient to visit the main attractions of Tuscany, easily accessible by train. We felt right at home, thanks to modern amenities and detailed check-in instructions. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to spend time in a pleasant environment and in a convenient location. We'll definitely be back!

I spent a week here and it’s perfect. The flat is lovely, squeaky clean and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the train station. I loved the restaurant opposite the building entrance! I’ll be back!

The place is really nice, modern and looks like the pictures. The tower and the city center are within walking distance, as are shopping facilities. Sabina always responded quickly, you can't ask for anything else. We highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to visit Pisa for a few days.

Our stay at Riccardo's in Lucca was absolutely perfect. The apartment was more than we expected and the patio outside made for a great gathering spot. It was beautiful with its details of potted plants and created a real feel of Italy's beauty. We were so happy with the location being so close to the hub of Lucca. It was very quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. I can't say enough about the care Riccardo took in responding to us on any questions. He even helped us arrange a car for our transfer to Florence. His family was so sweet and we enjoyed seeing them. The recommendations for restaurants were wonderful. We especially enjoyed our cooking class with Tamara at the winery which Riccardo recommended. It was one of our favorite times in Lucca. From check in to check out, it was easy and stress free, exactly what we needed on this vacation. I would highly recommend Riccardo's place!!!! We love Riccardo and look forward to visiting his place again with our family.
