Bellavista Resort is located in the southern part of Durrës Bay, next to Brilliant, and Gloria Hotels by the left side and Supreme Hotel by the right side - half an hour from Mother Teresa Airport, 10 minutes from Durrës, one hour from Berat, and one hour from archaeological site of Apolonia. The penthouse of 92 sq meters, with a 115 sq meters terrace is situated in the fifth floor and has an exclusive lift from the ground level. Full view of Durrës Bay. Enjoyable every season of the year, featuring central heating, and restaurants and mini markets open all year around. 180 degree sea view even from inside. And more views even from the hydro-massage tub in the terrace bathroom. You can feel like in a Mediterranean Cruise, while laying on the sofa. Distance 50 meters from the sea, and a nice sand beach. Open fireplace between living and bedroom. Two sunshade and four chaises in the beach in front of the complex. Two underground parking lots. Swimming pools and SPAs are accessible in few tens of meters distance. Waiter can bring orders in the veranda. One can offer live music, to invited friends, but has to know to play the piano for that. In the night, turning off all the lights, one can experience star watching, like in no other place, due to transparency of the air.

A luxurius penthouse apt., designed with style and more than 150 sqm (including the living area and terrase), located next to the seaside in Mali Robit, Golem, Kavaje (about 100m distance to the beach - next to FAFA Premium Hotel) and a panoramic view. The apartment has 2 separated bedroom, two toilets (1 in the sleeping room) and a huge terasse. Also a parking place is available for free on the building. The building is located in a very centraly with lots of other facilities in the nearby.

Hello dear guest, Our loft appartment is situated in the heart of Tirana. Near the home is the famous ‘Pazari i Ri’ a touristic place and with nice bars for the evening. On walking distance you have the Skanderbeg square and a very nice shopping mall as well. For the ones interested on the night life, there is “Blok” area that is max 10 min walking distance for you to enjoy. All the other interesting place to be visited like castle of Tirana, museums are reached on 10 min walking distance.
