Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tioga County

Cute house, loved the location (very private)! We loved having access to the trail basically right from the doorstep. Back porch area was our favorite! Host was great at communicating. Close to town and PA Grand Canyon trails. Would stay again!

We were in the area for a Search and Rescue K9 training and needed some place that would accept dogs. We found this listing and we knew this was the place for us. With 130 acres our pups were able to take some great walks and play together after a day of learning. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your family home. Rented for Dicken's weekend. It was only 5 minutes to town. Had everything we needed to have an enjoyable time!

We had an excellent stay at the Martin House for 2 nights while we biked the PA Grand Canyon/Pine Creek Rail Trail. The host sent a welcome message with clear instructions making our entire trip as easy as possible. All of the amenities and supplies listed were present and easy to find. The house was very clean and updated and had enough hot water for 8 showers after a day of biking. Thank you!

This Airbnb was perfect for our time in Westfield. The location was quiet. The home was clean and had all the amenities that we needed (and plenty of pillows!). Definitely will rebook when we return to the area.

So great!! We loved staying at Nathan's place! The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. It was nice to look out the windows and see the beautful fall colors and the wildlife that came to visit (we saw deer and squirrels). Our kids loved playing on the trampoline and jumping in the leaves and I loved sitting on the back deck, reading my book and watching the trees sway in the wind. The house felt private and secluded, but it was close to towns and it was easy to get to. You can tell the house is old, but Nathan has done a great job renovating it. It was stocked with everything we needed, and we had plenty to do. The bedrooms were nice with soft beds and sheets. Nathan was great to work with. We even ended up staying 1 less night than we intended and he gave us a refund for that night, no questions asked. Plus, his guidebook is amazing! Overall, we would defintely recommend Serenity Woods Sanctuary. If we're ever in that neck of the woods again, we know where we'll be staying.

This is a beautiful house. I wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the deck and pond. The house was spotless and the beds very comfortable. Hope to stay there again when we come back to visit my son

Van Horn Hollow was a beautiful place to stay. Christina was very response and was nice enough to leave us cupcakes 🧁 and drop off a sled for some snow action!!! We will be back. Thanks so much Christina

Our weekend visit to Cowanesque Lake was quite enjoyable as we were blessed with fantastic weather and beautiful views of the lake. Apartment #3  was extremely large and provided everything we needed. The a/c, wi-fi, other appliances worked fine --the host provided easy detailed check-in instructions, information, and passwords.  We found a couple of great local restaurant in Elkland-- good food and low prices.  The host  was very responsive and easy to contact.  We plan on visiting this area again and booking if available. thank you charlie. 

Great location!

We found this to be an immaculately clean unit exactly as advertised. The area is quiet and within 30 minutes drive to major restaurants and tourist centers. We had everything we needed for our stay and Shelley was a very accommodating & a responsive host. We would be happy to stay here again.

What a great place to stay for my short time in Wellsboro. I wished I could have stayed a week. The pictures were spot on. It was the cutest place ever. Plenty of room since it was just me but definitely a couples’ place for sure. A full kitchen which I didn’t have the chance to use but will in the future. I’m hoping to get back soon. Definitely a walkable area which was a plus for me. Minutes to the park down town and shopping and food. What more do you need. Thanks for everything. Sorry I didn’t get to meet your puppy.

It’s an older home but clean and quiet! We were in town for a race so didn’t have much time to relax but enjoyed a quick nap on the couch! The mattress in the main bedroom was amazing, very comfy!

Wonderful apartment in downtown Elkland. In an area with no hotels it was the perfect place for our visit. Would absolutely stay here again.
