Beachfront holiday rental in Tingloy

Jo is a great host. He replies to my messages promptly and is very efficient. The detailed direction to the place is described in the Airbnb posting but we had trouble finding the place at first only because I lost my internet connection while we’re trying to find the place. Make sure to write the direction in a piece of paper or snap a picture to save it in your photo gallery. The place is so nice & very clean, it has all the amenities that you’ll need. The kitchen. has all the pots and pans, plates, utensils, wine glasses, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Every room is clean & the beds are comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone specially if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil kind of R&R with your family. Your view of the beach is breathtaking. I love the hammock under the trees! Plenty place to relax. Lots of tables & chairs outside for the family. They even granted my request for a bonfire. My family had so much fun. We will definitely come back again.

Our family of 20 enjoyed our stay in Villa Socorro. Spacious place and parking area. Private place yet walkable papuntang beach. Ate Donna was really helpful with our queries and made sure na okay ang stay namin. Thanks po. Nag enjoy ang buong family namin. ☺️

We love the place; it's spacious and very functional for us. We enjoy lounging in the sala, and we went there to relax - which we certainly did. The mango trees provide ample shade, and the wind is refreshing. The description of the place is accurate.

Another wonderful stay

The house was really lovely and it was way better than staying in a hotel. It was not easy to find however as not well signposted onthe main road. Jovelyn was lovely

We stayed for 3D2N and we really enjoyed. Rooms were super clean when we arrived. The caretakers were all helpful when we needed something.

Unexpected very complete kitchen & dining utensils. No need to bring paper plates etc. (You just need to wash the dishes 😁). Nice house with lots of space.

First off, the host Miss Mary Ann was so welcoming. Showed us all of the rooms, and amenities. They even provided snacks and a gift for my daughter which celebrated her birthday. They even gave us a intro lesson to scuba diving for free! Lots of rooms! There's a music room which has a piano and karaoke. Their music room is beside the pool which is up to 5 feet. BTW, all rooms mentioned have airconditioning. There are a total of 5 bathrooms with heating and bidets As for the beach, if you set your expectations early, you will have the best time here. Going to the beach is around 200 steps going down. Once there you will be greeted with a rocky beach. No sand. But the beauty of this place is not above water, its underwater. This is a dive site which has corals just a few meters from the beach. This is a place worth coming back to! PS: Monkeys!!

Ate Dulce was really approachable and easy to talk to. The place is the same on whats on the posting. Place is relaxing and spacious. It really is worth every penny.

Aidan and Rebecca were both quick to respond to my multiple inquiries before finalizing the booking. The place is so beautiful. Just the view is worth the price and the trip. Felt like a whole island and a rainforest all to yourself (we got some family of monkey sighting too). Lots of activities that the whole family enjoyed: swimming, karaoke, kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling. The staff were very helpful and the food was great. Will definitely consider renting again when we come back for another vacation.

Regina was very communicative all throughout the process. The house is very well kept and the views are awesome. The only negative that are the amount stairs and steps of the whole property. Not exactly physically disabled friendly. The views are very picturesque. It was great that the house is pet friendly. Regina’s caretaker, Inday, is such a great resource and a gem. Hopefully we can go back soon.

I have had a great experience staying at Amy's house. The place is quiet as its located inside a small street. the place is clean. Amy also organised a pick up service and greeted us in person us even though we had a late check in. Most importantly, Amy is an honest person, she literally saved my life by preventing me from doing scuba diving as she just realised my flight was scheduled at the same day as the day i am going to do a scuba diving and if i did dive on that day i couldve died due to low cabin pressure on the flight back to sydney. thank you Amy, i really appreciate what youve done and cant recommend Amy's place enough. Guys dont even think about it, just book this place now!

Joy and her team were very friendly and helped unload the car. The location and house were perfect for a quick get away and everything was as advertised. We felt right at home. The only issue was it was too short!

Place is very well maintained and homey. The caretaker is also kind and hands on with us 😊 the stay comes with a free and unlimited mineral water too! Ms. Rica is very accomodating, even before we booked she happily entertained all our clarifications. 😊 The place is right in front of the beach, just what we were looking for. The sand is black and powdery smooth. The rooms were spotless and the kitchen is well equipped. I would just like to note a minor concern with the beach, there were pieces of broken glass (seems like from a broken bottle) in the sand. During our stay, we disposed 3 pieces. It would be best to address this to avoid unwanted accidents with future guests. Other than that, we loved our stay! 5 stars are very well deserved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A wonderful holiday breather! The place was so peaceful, and Ate Bona was a gem. We felt really taken care of the whole stay and the food was also great. Will not hesitate to stay again!

My family had a one of kind vacation and it was amazing here. The kubo had the best view of the sea while we were under the big shade of the trees surrounding the property. I love the garden plus the beautiful songs that we hear from the resident orioles. We are homeschoolers so we also learned and enjoyed a lot about the crawlies and birds, plants and marine life in the area. It was dark when we arrived but the caretaker was very nice to wait for us and took us to the kubo. I didn't mind hiking to and from the kubo but it was challenging to walk the trail when we had a suitcase and backpacks with us. The caretaker was very helpful and hospitable to us during our stay. Our stay altogether is something that we will remember all the time.

Loved this place! The waters are very shallow, so this might be good for the kids, but you can just walk from the house to the beach. Amazing caretaker too! Even bought items for us and introduced us to sellers, got lots of Talaba and Halo-halo! 😂 Loved my stay here, I had a very memorable birthday celebration! Thank you!

We were a party of 7 (3 adults and 4 tees) and we absolutely loved our stay at Arleen´s place. Boquete Beach is a gorgeous spot, so peaceful and private. We took a water taxi from Batangas and it dropped us off right at the house -talk about door-to-door service! Arleen answered all our questions promptly, was super helpful and graciously accommodated our request to stay at her place with our service dog (who loved it there I think even more than we did!) Manang Helen shopped and prepared lovely local dishes for us, and was always very attentive. She madre great recommendations, helped us book tuk tuks, took us to a wonderful restaurant and was always willing to answer our many questions and tell us all about Puerto Galera. We visited Sabang a couple of times and met some friends who were staying at Fisherman´s Cove -only a short 15-20 minute walk from Boquete Beach (but everyone was jealous that we had a house all to ourselves, right on the the beach!) 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up!

We stayed at Jenina's place at the start of the new year which proved to be a very good decision. The view is breathtaking and the ambience very peaceful and relaxing. Waking up to that view from the bedroom was the best way to start the day. The house itself is very spacious with its open floor plan. The kitchen was well appointed and had what one would basically need for the stay. Kuya Mandy, the caretaker, was easy to reach whenever we needed anything. We were a bit concerned about the flight of stairs our seniors needed to climb, but it wasn't that hard for them. Going down the beach area felt as if you had your own private beach and my kids enjoyed skipping stones. Some areas for improvement would be having a towel rack to hang towels and clothes. A shampoo and body wash dispenser would also be appreciated. Overall, we super enjoyed our stay. People who saw our pictures asked where we went. Would definitely go back.
