Awesome venue. Great for a big group, ideal setting had everything we needed.

This AirBnB is located in a beautiful and peaceful environment. The cabin was cozy and nicely decorated. It is just a 10 minute drive to the beach, where you can see pinguins at night (if you are lucky😊). Lynne was a good hostess and we wpuld recommend this AirBnB anytime!

Beautiful spot on the outskirts of Timaru, peaceful and the cottage was decorated nicely and very clean. The host was lovely and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Great hospitality by Tony and wife. Lovely garden with access to deers, kids like the place very much. Tony even invited us to his blackcurrant farms and packaging factory. Too bad I was too tired for the star glazing. But my wife get the chance to enjoy it. Overall, a great place which I will revisit again and hope it will be 2 night there.

It was located in a beautiful and peaceful place. The interior of the house was tidy and had everything we needed. It was a shame we only stayed for one day. Highly recommend-!

The accommodation was perfect for travelling out of town for work. The cottage was very clean and comfortable after travelling many hours . Martin was super easy to communicate with very welcoming and polite. The property was very peaceful and modern , everything that I needed. I would recommend if travelling through Timaru. Fantastic house! We had a large group with young children so the house was a perfect fit for us. Very clean and well equipped. James was also very responsive to any queries. The kids have asked to stay again! We will be back, hopefully we get to use the pool next time ☀️☀️

We stayed at Matt & Adele's place for 2 nights and everything was great. The breakfast was very lovingly prepared and it was great to meet the two. The location was perfect for trips to Lake Tekapo. We are more than happy to recommend the place!

Super fantastic experience staying in the farm! Perfect view,perfect room,kitchen and very clear and thoughtful instructions. So cute ox(all staring at us) and dogs. It’s not exaggerating,very impressive for the bread Tracy made which is the most delicious bread we’ve ever had😀

The cottage is a beautiful, well-appointed nest from which to explore Peel Forest, Geraldine, and further afield. Although the photos are beautiful, they don’t capture the boundless charm and serene nature of the property. 100% recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Waikonini Homestead! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with tea and cake, setting the tone for a truly delightful experience. We stayed one night in ‘Owen’s Room’, and as no other guests were booked during our visit, the homestead felt wonderfully tranquil. The warm, cozy bed made for an incredibly comfortable night, and the meals were a perfect finish to the night. Dinner (prebooked) featured a fish pie, followed by a mince tart with homemade custard—comfort food at its very finest. Mary, our host, truly made the experience unforgettable. Her warm hospitality and engaging conversations about travel, dogs, and life made us feel completely at home. And her delightful Corgis, Peppi and Anne—oh, they were absolutely adorable! The homestead itself is a treasure—an elegant old home surrounded by stunning grounds that invite you to relax and explore. The perfect blend of timeless charm and modern comfort.

We had such a lovely stay at Charlottes and Chads cottage. It was a beautiful little spot with the most beautiful view. We had everything we needed, the kitchen was stunning, and very well equipped. It was very easy to find and we would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a little getaway with a view and some peace and quiet. Thank you again!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotlessly clean, quiet and beautiful making it the perfect retreat. One highlight for us was the hot tub—fantastic for relaxing after a day of exploring. Murray, the owner, was friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed and giving us great local recommendations. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

My wife, our two friends from overseas and I had a wonderfully relaxed 4 nights at Mark and Maia’s farm home. We found it to a quiet, clean and comfortable place from where it was convenient to explore the McKenzie country. Mark and Maja are warmly welcoming hosts and the communication was quick and easy.
