Derek is a super host for a reason, it really shows. This house was so much fun and created awesome memories for our bachelor party. The house lay out is perfect for socializing and there was plenty of entertainment inside as well as outside. The natural views and the 72 acre's of trails was everything New Hampshire is about. The communication from host was 100% spot on. I was messaged at least once or twice a day if i needed anything at all. Everything in the house worked and functioned as it should. A lot of the appliances and tv's seemed like they were brand new. The movie theater was a really cool dynamic as well. I will definitely be returning to this house and i can not wait! Thank you Derek for making our bachelor party unforgettable.

We had a wonderful stay in the woods. The house was beautiful and comfortable and Miriam was very helpful and responsive. The hot tub was a highlight! Highly recommend this wonderful home.

It was perfect for what we wanted! We were giving Grandma an 80th Hallmark Experience. A lot of what we did was in Woodstock and it was a noce 30 min ride to the town, but for us very convenient. We had a family of 14 and we played games in ythe main living room all together. The downstairs was perfect for our older kids to hang out in!

We absolutely loved our stay! Plenty of room for 8 guests (and more!!) in a beautiful setting. There was many helpful amenities, like kitchen items, and plenty of towels. The location is perfectly centered to many popular things to do. James was always very responsive to questions left clear instructions. We highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

Couldn't ask for a better host. Julia and Peter were very responsive, friendly, accommodating. Great spot for a family of 8 celebrating their first Thanksgiving away from home. Everything is so close and convenient, markets, restaurants, shopping center, skiing, beautiful scenery within minutes of driving. Magnificent view is waiting for you. We arrived very snowy day after scary driving but we felt it was worthwhile to come over by 3 hours drive. House is well organized with good taste furniture, clean and cozy and very comfortable. Our 12 years and 10 years old boys enjoyed a lot, so do we as a parents. Thanks Jason for welcoming us to the wonderful place.

What a great house to stay in! There was plenty of room for all 12 of us. And plenty for us to do. Fishing, hot tub, relaxing on the deck, walking down to the beach area, kayaking, paddle boating, playing board games, playing video games, pool, ping pong, air hockey, relaxing on the multiple couches watching tv or chatting, and enjoying meals around the table, which easily fit all 12 of us! The kitchen was well equipped - literally anything you could need, and lots of choices for the keurig. We only wish we could have stayed longer (we were there for a long weekend). We stayed in October so the weather was cool and it ended up raining for a lot of it, but we still enjoyed the beautiful view of the fall leaves on the pond. Would definitely recommend this house and we look forward to our next getaway on angle pond!
