Holiday houses in Tijuana

I am disappointed that I didn't do more of a research on US/Mexico border policy on rental cars and getting Mexican Insurance. I did ask if there was anything I needed to know about crossing over the border but it apparently wasn't clearly stated by the host but it's understandable that they are running a business and it could hurt the bottom line $$ when booking to state some things. Too all that will be reading this review I have not given any negative stars so please disregard the starts that came on the only way to push through is to rate each question. Our family of 5 stayed in Little Italy in San Diego and made the best of the trip. It wasn't financial sound to rent a urber etc. I would love to get a chance to explore this place in the future.

what a beautiful place to stay. we loved it here and would definitely recommend to anyone trying to get away from Rosarito tourists or Tijuana....it is like a private reserve island

We had a great stay! The place feels a lot bigger than what they pictures showed. We loved watching the sunset from the deck and everything in the house was clean and in pristine shape. Lots of amenities! Nataly was extra accommodating and super responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Rubi was extremely welcoming with her recommendations on her favorite places. Her place was so clean and very comfortable to be in. The gym was such an awesome touch and the views were spectacular !

We stayed at the igloo for a week with our four year old and had a fabulous time. It's a cool quirky space and the almost private beach access is pretty remarkable. There is a large sandy strip and a little section of tide pool, both of which are usually almost entirely deserted. It was pretty awesome. Polo was a lovely host. If you don't have a amazing time here it's your fault. This place is very true to the original spirit of Airbnb, not a fancy place, but so real and very special. Do make sure you treat your pets for fleas before you bring them.

This place was great! Peaceful, quiet, beautiful,and clean! I loved the aesthetic. We enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. We were concerned about the lack of a dedicated parking space but they provided good guidance on parking and there was ample free street parking to be found. It was never a worry. Very clean and great options around the house. Thanks for a great stay!!

Rosy and additional hosts are very patient and respond quickly AND flexible. Glad to have had them as hosts. Me and my two girlfriends stayed for the night to hit Papas and Beer. The only cons is it is an older property so the water takes awhile to get hot and doesn’t get hot only warm. The bathroom lights weren’t turning on sometimes and the location itself is private but kind of dark at night. It is spacious and has everything you need in the kitchen. The patio was very nice and STRAIGHT walk to the beach. Roku on every TV was nice! Our favorite part was the huge mirror in the living room perfect for a girls night to get ready in! Overall our stay was nice and hopefully returning for another vacay. Thank you Rosy for the last minute booking :)

My husband, daughter and I, stayed at Susie’s place Jan 1st - 3rd. (I love that it was decorated for Christmas :). It was very clean, spacious and the view was amazing. It was equipped with everything you need. We cooked some of our meals and it was very convenient having everything we needed. Also, we usually travel with games/gameboards and forgot to bring them but her place had a variety of games including cornhole. Theres no need to take extra blankets or towels because the place is fully stocked. It’s also a short walk to downtown. My only regret is not booking an extra night. I look forward to coming back again!
