Leta’s and Dale’s home was like our home away from home. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Hernando Beach! The location is perfect—quiet, peaceful, and great for runners like me. . The house itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and nicely decorated, making us feel right at home. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the beds were comfortable, and we loved the outdoor space for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Whether you're looking to relax by the water, explore the local nature, or enjoy a cozy retreat, this place has it all. We can't wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the charm of Hernando Beach!

We had an excellent stay with no problems at all. The property was easy to access, and the house was clean and situated in a peaceful neighborhood. I highly recommend it!

Our location was perfect for exploring the area. We were close by state parks and the gulf. We were able to find good restaurants and experienced great food. Michelle responded quickly to our questions and made our stay very enjoyable.

We loved our stay, right on the river! In my opinion this is the absoute best location, it's super close to headwaters. The water is beautiful and the house is perfect. The pictures really don't do the place justice. I've stayed in many Airbnb's and this is the most comfy bed to date! Communication was superb with host and they were so helpful. There are some groceries nearby, which are helpful. If you are on the fence with this one, just book!

I had a great time at this air bnb. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to make meals during my long term stay. The backyard was fully fenced and the space was perfect for my dogs and I. The bedrooms are nice and the storage is plenty. The one thing that unfortunately can’t be controlled was the street noise. I will say on the weekend nights it was pretty loud as you can easily hear the cars and street noise. Besides that, everything matched what I was looking for!

This property has everything we needed and more! The location has an amazing view for both sunrise and sunset. There is plenty of space to enjoy as a group and also to find a quiet spot for some alone time! I will definitely be back!

This place is incredible! We will definitely be coming back. Access to the bay was quick and easy in the provided kayaks. We saw manatees on every one of our trips out, and they even came in to sleep just outside the Airbnb most nights. Swimming with the manatees is a must, and this location provides multiple opportunities. Tailor was very responsive, had great suggestions about the surrounding area, and checked in via message once or twice.

The house was very nice and we had a nice stay. Sadly we were in Ocala for my Mothers funeral however every time we returned to the AirBNB we felt like we were coming home instead of just an old hotel. The rooms were spacious and we felt comfortable. This host is great. I have two criticisms for you to look at and I never complained to our host and I’m still not but the floors were kind of dirty and dusty when we got there and I don’t think the hot water heater is on the right setting. It was hard to get hot water in the showers and also the kitchen sink is backwards as far as the cold and hot….thats totally it. The house is really nice and there wasn’t anything missing that we needed as far as kitchen, laundry, or bathroom necessities. Thank you!!!

Jennifer is a great host for an Airbnb. We encountered an issue with planned and when I asked Jennifer if we could check in early, she promptly checked the available and allowed us to check in early. Jennifer communicated quite often to us and she updated us to some recent repairs to the hot tub. I highly recommend Jennifer for all your Airbnb reservations. Also she has approximately 6 other locations to reserve. All with a different experience. Thank you Jennifer.

Such a hidden gem in Historic Downtown New Port Richey. It is a very spacious property that you have access to, other than the guest house. The river has a beautiful view of the sunset and the pool area is a paradise. The property manager was always available and very helpful. It is a must to stay here. I’ll be back! We also rented a golf cart since it’s so close to downtown.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this spot! It had everything we could possibly need, except the food! Great for family or friends, and I couldn't have asked for a better weekend on the river!
