My second time here, no need to think much, it is a great base for Punta Arenas, see my earlier review. This was a short stay between flights but I did have time for few things in and around the city. Will keep this place on my list, subject to availability.

Very nice place, house away from the city so it gives great tranquility but at the same time very quick to reach everywhere by car. Happens all expectations.

We spent three nights here and were very comfortable. The wifi worked well and there was plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower and a comfortable and warm bed. The place was very quiet and it was easy to walk to the centre (about 20 minutes) and also to nearby bakeries and supermarkets. It was also very easy to use uber and we only ever waited a couple of minutes. The kitchen is set up to be able to self cater some small meals. Manuel always responded promptly to messages. We'd happily stay here again.

A small space, but it was clean, reasonably priced and (almost) cheerful. Easy keypad check-in. I don't think you'll do better in Porvenir. We were taking the ferry back to Punta Arenas the next day, so it was perfect. The road from the King Penguin reserve is gravel (they're slooowly paving at least some of it), but it was OK with just a small car. Not a lot to do in Porvenir, so I think most tourists would want to stay just a night. I'd recommend the Restaurante Puerto Montt for a good Chilean seafood dinner in a nice environment at a decent price. We went back for lunch before the ferry.

The listing complies with the description. The photos are in line, the bed was comfortable, and it was clean and tidy. To go with kids guys it's a little dangerous the staircase and it's not quite comfortable but that's not a problem with the place. I recommend.

Excellent stay, comfortable place and with the essentials for overnight stay, we were coming traveling from Puerto Natales in base treking Torres del Paine, the one that said accommodation has a washing machine considerably facilitated our stay. I would definitely come back.
