Apart from the bland environment close to a horrendous road, this is an amazing experience from start to finish, including assistance with affordable transfer from and to airport at any time. The responsiveness and friendliness of the host is exceptional and highly appreciated. The room is actually a studio and you can even wash your clothes for free. The so called gym was a bit of a disappointment and ended up not using it. Overall still one of the better home stays in Hanoi!

That's the best. The view of Dicepital is much cooler here than on the river side. In addition, they checked in early and accepted it. It was great.!! I'll come back next time!

I had a good rest.

This place is located about a 10-15 min walk from the center of the Old Quarter and my group enjoyed that we were just outside all the main traffic and noise. This apartment is located off a bigger main street, so anticipate the honks and buzz of the street. It was easy for Grab drivers to find us and pick us up without blocking traffic. The place is a bit old and so are its furnishings, but it’s clean, the beds were comfy, and the AC works great, which is a luxury. I saw people mentioning mold building up on curtains in hotels in the Old Quarter and we did not have that problem at all. Jesse and her team were extremely communicative and helped address the WiFi immediately when it went down. My group stayed for a week and we enjoyed our stay!

Everything was really wonderful! Linh went to hand because we wanted to check in faster and offered us a larger apartment that he had available earlier. The only thing that didn't match was the price of the pool, we were told that one resident pool ticket was free, and the rest of the guests at 150,000 vnd per ticket. In fact, we all had to pay after 177,500 for the ticket, for the resident there was only a 15% discount. It's possible that the pool scammed us

If you are reading my review then you are thinking of booking The Tournesol... don't just think about it BOOK IT!! You will not be disappointed. We have just had a 5 nights stay here and honestly cannot praise it enough. We met up with family that are traveling, so we were 6 adults and a 4 year old. We couldn't have chosen better. The location was right in the heart of the old Quarter, everything we wanted within a short walk away, fabulous restaurants, night markets, Train Street. The house itself was incredible, the space went on and on as you got to each floor, until you reached the beautiful roof terrace, a lovely place to sit and listen to the chatter of the City. Washing machine facilities on the roof too. The house is spotlessly clean and all amenities that you require. The beds were sooo comfortable and bedrooms very spacious. Tuan couldn't have done more for us, from start to finish, always at the end of the phone if needed, and lots of tips. Totally fabulous stay!!!!

Great place, right in the historic center of Hanoi

Very comfortable and quiet, a good hot shower, a comfy couch to sit on, a little balcony overlooking the street, a big screen TV with Netflix and YouTube. I felt right at home.

The house is located in a residential area with a lot of birds next to a building, you can listen to the birds and find the homestay.Surrounded by a vegetable market with good chicken Pho.It is about four kilometers from the old city, and it is convenient to go out to grab a grab (be sure to go to the old city to cross the red river, not allowed to walk).Check in and out was easy and there was a problem the host would try to help resolve.The mattress was more comfortable, suggest a more pair of earplugs and noise at night.

We had a fantastic stay. Hannah was by far the most responsive host we have ever stayed with, she offered to call our driver to ensure he dropped us off at the right place (we found the place easily). The space was very beautiful and everything worked well. the washer and dryer worked really well, all the appliances seemed brand new. Hannah responded to all questions/concerns very very quickly. Her husband came and showed us the space and how to use the hot water for showers, he was very helpful and friendly as well. The property is ~20 minute grab outside of the busiest parts of hanoi which we liked a lot as it's much quieter than being directly in old town. There are lovely coffee shops a short walk away. The airbnb was very well stocked, filtered water available easily. The rooms are spread over 5 floors which is nice as there's privacy between rooms. The elevator worked really well. A grab into the city costed $4-$6 USD depending on where in the city we went $4 to go into old town

Absolutely great stay for a solo or duo traveller! I came alone, everything was explained perfectly. Lots of nice food around too! The view is nice, there may have been a rooftop area but i didn't look for it as it felt like i was snooping. Clean room, bedlinen and pillows smelled like fresh home detergent. Bathroom had a ventilator so no steam rushing out into the room. Host was friendly, articulate and proactive! Will stay here again when i come back to Hanoi for the winter!

I needed a place to stay to be close by to the children hospital where my son had a flu and had to spend a few night. This place was a perfect nice cozy little spot with all the amenities needed. Nice restaurants is next door where the mall was and the amazing Vietnamese street food was only walking distance away. I like how it’s close to the strip also with alot varieties of cuisine.

your b&b was so cute, nice and clean, comfortable with ample hot water. We even loved the University game. it was a good location, great restaurants, and easy access to Hanoi's sites. I loved being among the locals rather than the tourists.

This was the only place we could find quickly close to Aeon Mall for a night which was convenient and it worked for us. Communication was great and the host helped us order some pizza.
