Holiday rentals with a patio in Thorpeness

I promised Peter, at his asking, to give suggestions as to how to make a guest visit better. Well, I’ve come up with a blank. Everything was perfect, well thought through, generous, spotlessly clean.

A great home in beautiful surroundings. The property was lovely and cosy, a great log fire and hot tub. As a family of 3 we all enjoyed our stay, the beds were very comfortable as was the home, the property was very clean and well looked after, it had all we needed for our stay. The hosts are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and always on hand should you need. We would definitely stay again, a bonus for us was it being dog friendly, our Guide Dog was made to feel very welcome and she enjoyed the on site dog exercise field too. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home.

Thanks so much Rachel, we had a blast! With Ipswich Town being a short drive away, and Jimmy's just next door, we found lots to do but still had a lovely little chalet to come back to to warm up again!

We had a wonderful little break here. The chalet is so lovely and clean and a good size for our family of 4 & pooch. It’s well situated with the marina, broads and marshes no on the doorstep. Thank you for having us and we hope to visit again.

very clean ans modern apartment, two bathrooms. comfortable living room and kitchen area, good parking. location amazing- 3 mins walk from the high street.

Teresa was lovely and welcoming from first meeting her. The place had everything needed for a stay and had lots of breakfast food and hot drinks. The place was very spacious and comfy, with plenty of good amenities, and the stay was beyond enjoyable. I can't thank her enough!

The Annexe was a lovley getaway for us. The property was cosy, clean and felt just like home. Very quiet and peaceful. Anne was a very helpful and responsive host and was always just a message away. The property is well equipped and heated up very well which was needed for the colder evenings. Comfortable bed, stocked up kitchen and all round the ideal place the stay

A spacious, warm, comfortable and homely space with very easy parking in the front garden. In a bus route into Southwold but with local grocery shop within 2 minutes walk from the house.

Our second stay at T&T’s beautiful home. Myself and my partner John could not fault the hosts in any way, the property is beautiful and even some added extras since our last stay and our suggestion listened to from before. Hosts were amazing when we had issues with heating and hot water and their handy man was very friendly and fixed the issue as quickly as possible. Such generous and amazing hosts. We look forward to hopefully returning in the future.

We stayed for one night after attending a local wedding. The annex was very clean and well-presented. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was lovely. Lydia was really proactive at replying to messages and answering questions. Overall, a nice place to stay for a quick trip.

Great stay, booked last minute to visit family and loved our stay so much we will definitely book again. Perfect location for the seafront - parking space is such an advantage, the house was very clean. Thank you Kelly

Beautifully warm despite being only 2 degrees outside. Lovely quirky property but worth mentioning (as others have previously) that the characterful flooring might not be so suitable for young children or those less abled. The decor made the house feel very homely. Very responsive to messages. Would definitely come back.

David and Jo were excellent hosts. Every little detail had been carefully thought out, and taken care of. They were extremely kind and thoughtful throughout our stay, and could not have been more helpful. The cottage itself is so charming, and beautifully presented. Quiet and peaceful, a perfect haven to come back to. We will most definitely be back.

Ideal location, small walk to steps down to beach, small walk to Co-Op, chip shop and bakery. Quiet location away from busy areas. House was lovely, nothing negative to say. Would recommend

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

lovely little bungalow. on arrival we were met with champagne, scones, croissants and a few other bits! has climate control in the kitchen and bedroom. really nice , aesthetically pleasing accommodation. recommend for a cozy night in☺️

We had a supper weekend break here in Felixstowe. A clean and homely flat which was nice and quiet. We were able to go on lovely walks from Felixstowe into the surrounding countryside and also managed a trip on the ferry to Harwich. We had a problem with the TV and Amnar messaged us straight away and we sorted it out. A successful break!

Kate's place is the 1st place I've stayed and booked using Airbnb. we absolutely loved our 1st weekend away together at Kate's. we had peace and quiet with everything we needed to hand. our hosts were great very helpful and accommodated our needs where they were needed. highly rate out our stay and would stay again. very clean apartment and they were polite and friendly. ☆☆☆☆☆s

We walked in and was overwhelmed with how spacious , bright , tastefully decorated and clean the apartment was . It had everything we needed , and more , it was a 5 minute walk to the venue , lovely and peaceful , but close to all amenities . Superb , best air bnb I’ve booked ❤️
