Great place to stay with good facilities, easy and hassle free check in. House was spotless and homely. Would stay again!

Highly recommended! Beautiful cottages and location, perfect for our group holiday. The kitchens were equipped with all we needed, the accommodations had great showers and comfortable beds. The garden is an amazing outdoor space perfect for summer dining. We really enjoyed our stay and Kirsty was a brilliant host, she was really responsive when we messaged. Thanks again!

We had the most amazing stay! It is so beautifully private, the place is absolutely spotless and so cosy. Definitely one of the best we have stayed in! Martin was really helpful and lovely to talk to - and has the most gorgeous dogs!! We particularly loved the hot tub, squeaky clean and very high tech. Will 100% be staying again 😍

Beautiful Cottage, clean, warm and well equipped. It is as described, if not better. Very Rural and excellent for walking, dogs and very peaceful. Nigel (the host) made himself known and reiterated that if we need anything to let him know - that was not necessary. Beautiful place and great host...

Host were really accommodating and met us on arrival and showed us all the amenities. Our girls loved the princess theme and games. They enjoyed playing with all the children on site. The site had everything we needed and we all had a great time. Highly recommend this for others

We came to Grantham / Barkston to attend the FIA Karting Worlds Championships and this home was the perfect base camp for our family. Very close to the track, excellent layout of this new home with a nice private courtyard out back and a detached garage. Great modern kitchen, bathrooms, and super comfortable beds. The service / hospitality was first class and we hope to stay here again when coming back to PFI. Thank you for a wonderful 5 weeks.

Was wanting to stay somewhere not town, but in a village with a pretty view and we found Stable Cottage and loved it here. Easy place to find in the pretty village of Walkeringham and entering the property was very easy and stress free. If you’re bringing your dog you and your pooch will love the place. Very clean and tidy and everything worked as it should. Host left up a very nice welcome basket with milk and butter in the fridge too. Bed was super comfy, wife has had hip and she gave it the thumbs up and the bathroom was super too and it had a monsoon shower and separate bath. If you’re wanting to travel out and about on the evening, we had no trouble getting a taxi to and from our destinations. We looking at booking again in the summer as we enjoyed Stable Cottage so much and also the local area. Highly recommended 5/5.

The place is easy to find, clean and home away from home. James is very responsive to all our queries and clear communications. 10 minutes walk to train station and there is a local Sainsbury's as well as buses nearby.
