Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tholen

The cottage met all expectations and it all looked spik and span. We were warmly welcomed and given some explanation of how everything works. The cottage is located on the owners' area/big backyard but our privacy was respected. Contact was very pleasant. We recommend :)

Upon arrival, free parking right in front of the door. A nicely lit cottage welcomes us among all the other cottages. The interior lights are on to give us a warm welcome. A very nicely furnished kitchen, dining room and living room (with stove) immediately make us feel at home. We slept in the cozy room at the rear (a different room than in the pictures). We spent two wonderful nights in the cottage and can only recommend it. Here we will definitely come back if we visit the region again!!

A very new, modern and luxurious accommodation with small sauna. Quiet and well-kept location about 300-400 m from the water. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean and there were no problems. Overall, the listing met the description and our expectations. The accessibility and handling was also great.

I came here with a friend. We stayed at Jan's cabin as the base for our fishing trip in the region. The place perfectly served our purpose (coffee in the morning and cooking dinner in the evening, calm neighborhood), but is also equipped to host a family with kids who want to explore the area differently :) Not a luxury nor a very bright place (ground-floor, e.g. 'kids'-bedroom and bathroom without window), but absolutely fine for weekend trips or week-long vacations!

We had a great stay! The house is very cute and super located. We were by the sea very quickly and had everything we needed nearby. We had also booked the house due to the contactless check-in, as we have had great experiences on AirBnb so far. Shortly before arrival, this option was unfortunately changed, so we were greeted personally - which was also nice. We highly recommend the hosts and the house!🥳

The accommodation was very well equipped and clean. It matched the description and had no shortcomings. The only small drawback is the somewhat desolate surrounding area. Lots of fields :) If you are looking for reasonable forests, routes for hiking or sandy beach, you have to drive something. For all those looking for a quiet, undisturbed place with a small village nearby, this is the perfect place to stay.

Jos is a very nice host who always answered all questions quickly and had everything perfectly organized in advance. The place is very nice, clean and well appointed. The only thing that bothered me is that the child lock is only attached to the stairs at the bottom, here it would also be useful to install a fuse at the top. We felt very comfortable and would certainly be happy to come back next year.

We are repeat offenders and already guests in the Roze Huis for the 2nd time (and certainly not the last time). We feel at home from the first moment and everything is perfect! The house is a real gem, both from the outside and from the inside. You can feel and see the attention to detail and we can't get enough of the stylish design. The garden, even though we could not use it this time, because of the weather, is a true oasis and also the view into the garden from the dining table is a real pleasure. Sint Philipsland and the Roze Huis are a place where you can find peace and feel connected to the people there. No mass tourism, but " just " a charming little Dutch village to love. Don't miss this place!!!

What a great place, beautiful cottage and a fantastic hostess! Me and my kids enjoyed it. Marian really made it a party for us. Of course, the horses were also a highlight! The cottage is so nicely decorated, done with a lot of care and love and wonderful care. It really has all the comforts. We will definitely come back. Thanks for everything 🙏🏼

We had booked the place quite spontaneously. The apartment looks as described on the pictures and in the listing. Very cozy, with nice kitchen and bright dining and living area. The terrace is nice and quiet and gets sun until noon. Restaurants, jumbo market and especially the beach are great to reach in just a few minutes. We had a great time in Sint-Annaland and the beautiful apartment and can highly recommend it. The contact with Jeroen worked perfectly, responded promptly to messages.

Had wonderful days around New Year's Eve. The cottage was very complete with even an airfryver for the oliebollen. In addition, the cottage is ideal for children due to the play area with toys, cot, children's cutlery, etc. The cottage was very clean and tidy and the host was always easily accessible for any questions. In short: a very nice destination to spend a few days

We were allowed to celebrate New Year's Eve in Hof Driewegen and that was exactly as we had hoped. Practical layout of the rooms, cozy spacious living room, wonderful beds,... recommended.

We had wonderful days at the me-lyfiest. The apartment was so lovingly furnished that you immediately felt comfortable. Emely was very kind and always available. Supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. Definetly recommend .

We enjoyed Leen very much. The place was top clean and nicely decorated. We particularly liked the great panoramic window with lots of light in the living room. Leen was always friendly and approachable. For our daughter (6 years), the highlight was feeding the animals. Leen always left her extra food. We thought it was very sweet. The farm dog Roxy was also an absolute highlight for us and our daughter. We took Roxy right to heart. All in all it was a very nice and relaxing week for us. We will be happy to come back!

Lovely place in the heart of Zierikzee. We were very happy with the noisiness. Lovely historic house with great amenities and a nice garden. And sleep under a fantastic painting about local salt hardship in the Middle Ages, what more could you want?

Peaceful and very pleasant place. Close to the sea. Perfect for a family with a dog. We are looking forward to coming back!

We had a very nice stay at the White Lady! All the details were thought of: a welcome package, gates installed by the stairs for our young kids, fresh flowers etc. The location is beautiful at the Oude Haven and the house is very characteristic and very nicely decorated. Thank you Britta and Jeroen for the good care! We hope to come back back one time!

A great place, very cozy and quiet, with a big yard in front, in a beautiful village. I loved it.

We feel super comfortable in the house, it has everything you need to spend some time . The cleanliness as well as the organization were great. It is a quiet place but not in excess,there are many locals as well as a supermarket,small but which covers all the needs to spare. If the goal is to go to the beach, these are small but only 30 min. are the extensive beaches of Zeeland ( Domburg &Co). Rianne was very attentive and always available

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Haydi & Jan’s place in Scherpenisse. It was very quiet and peaceful and private. All amenities were provided and we lacked nothing. Jan was wonderful, helpful in providing interesting things to do and places to go! We would recommend this place as an out of the way, relaxing vacation getaway.
