Naiyarat is an extremely warm-hearted housekeeper. The communication before check-in was smooth, and she specially prepared an extra inflatable mattress. The house is located in a villa area. There is just enough space in the yard to park a car. If you rent a car yourself, it's very convenient to get in and out. There are many households with dogs on the streets where the house is located, and sometimes you can see little squirrels climbing up and down the big tree in front of the door. The room is fully equipped, especially with a large number of places to hang clothes, which is very practical for several families staying here. If there is something that could be improved, it's that the bathroom door is likely to get locked, and you need to trouble Naiyarat to come and open it. It would be even more perfect if there were three bathrooms. The house is in high demand. We originally wanted to book it for a few more days, but we couldn't reserve the following dates.

We stayed at Jean-Michels beautiful house in Rawai. The house was perfect laid out for 7 people staying there. The outdoor area was stunning, and the pool very nice.

I and freidns of mine had an amazing stay at Roman's place. The apartment was clean, and good equipped for 3 people with everything needed. Roman was inclcr3dibly responsive, always ready to answer any question and ensure that we had a smooth experience.

I think I found a second home in Phuket. Pamela is a very friendly and warm host. We stayed at the villa for over 3 weeks and our stay was amazing also because of Pamela she was super sweet and helpful. She would go out of her way to help and be there when ever we needed. Honestly I am going to be coming back again and again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and safe beautiful decorated place to stay this is perfect!

Prapa’s place was wonderful. It was just a short walk to Bangla road so very convenient. One downside is that, it’s across from a hostel so people are always outside so it can get a little bit loud making it hard to sleep. Overall, a beautiful, convenient place. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mr. Oh Sea View Villa in Phuket, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of our host, Belvis, stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The villa itself is a gem, situated right on the beach, offering breathtaking views of the sea. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying morning coffee on the balcony with a panoramic ocean view was a highlight of our trip. The location is perfect, providing a tranquil retreat while being close to all necessary amenities. We found shops, restaurants, and other conveniences just a short walk away, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed. The interior was tastefully decorated, clean, and spacious, providing a perfect home away from home. Belvis was always available to assist us. The villa is an ideal place for a relaxing getaway.

The place is absolutely great, it’s such a nice view from the balcony and the pool. It’s away from the madness in Bangala, but literally 10-20mins away pending taxi/scooter to there. So you can have the best of both worlds, the maid on site next door and the helpfulness of the owner, makes everything so easy. Would stay again in a heartbeat

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

We had a great stay! It looks exactly like the pictures. Super clean! The main street is within walking distance and really has a lot to offer. If you don't feel like walking away in the evening, you can make yourself comfortable by the private pool. Communication went smoothly. I'm sure we'll be back. THANKS🙏🏽:))

Akina is a very attentive host. All her instructions were very clear and detailed, sent in advance, which made the check-in process very easy. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and even more, many nice and useful little things. Very convenient location with a beautiful beach.

We have a pleasant stay here! All rooms and furnitures are new and cleaned. All amenities are included as they listed. Host is responsive and helpful. The location is a bit far from the city center.

the house is bigger and looks better than in the photos. It is very convenient that there is a desk, a large sofa, and a normal fenced shower. The Internet worked well. Of the disadvantages, only that Thais live around and are very noisy. There are no insects

Bo-thong / Jim is the perfect host, quite simply! Ultra proactive, the taxi and scooter were waiting for me when I arrived (despite many last-minute organizational changes beyond my control). A compact place with a great pool! Nice room arrangement and the beds are comfy. Not to mention the big tub in the bathroom. This house might be small but it pack a punch for its value! Thank you for hosting!

Jean Pierre was a great host. very responsive. Very easy to communicate with. The villa was very nice in a closed compound. It's safe and away from all the noises but yet easy to find food. We had a little son with us and he enjoyed the pool and the garden so much. Highly recommend to stay and we would definitely stay again.
