Jill’s place was lovely! It looked fresh and new inside, and all was squeaky clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We would gladly return if the opportunity arises.

A true gem tucked in a small town. This is the house you want to rent for a group gathering like my nephew’s wedding party. Plenty of space for everyone inside and out with a beautiful enclosed lanai. We used the fireplace and spa but the pool is probably best for the hottest days. Top quality living that blows away the standard accommodations anywhere nearby. Don’t overlook the Sonos speakers built into first floor rooms that were easily controlled with my iPhone. Kitchen island seating for 4, kitchen table seats 6-8, as does dining room table, not to mention giant couch for 10 with 70 inch tv. Shane is a responsive and helpful host and helped make this important event one that the bridal party will remember forever!

Great stay will book again

There were 6 of us and had plenty of room. The place was super clean, comfortable beds and a nice pool deck. Unfortunately it was too cold for our trip but definitely would have enjoyed sitting outside if warmer. Austin responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend.

The amenities at Matt’s really standout. The pier through the wetlands down to the dock on the lake are fantastic. If it hadn’t been so cold (January) we would have loved to take the kayaks out. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind and relax on a chilly night. One of my favorite things about Matt’s is that it’s uniquely decorated and looks like a real home and not some cookie cutter “managed property” that’s just millennial grey and minimal decor. I love the local maps on the walls and the accents that made it feel very local and homey. On that note, while we loved the beautiful wind chimes, we did have a hard time at night falling asleep since it was so windy and the chimes are quite loud, so if you’re a sensitive sleeper bring some ear plugs. That said, the chimes were a really nice touch throughout the day because it was so unique and added to the ambiance. Also, Matt was super attentive and provided so much info upfront that was helpful.

Nice clean facility. Very close to many activities. Nice and quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would stay there again.

Toby was a great host quick to answer my questions. My only wish is that the gym had more equipment but that’s more of the facilities concern. The unit was very clean with an amazing view, nice comfy beds and easy to use tvs. I would definitely recommend this unit to friends and be willing to come back another time.

Steve was a wonderful host and his place is just amazing! The area is so picturesque - gorgeous, peaceful horse farms everywhere. The apartment was immaculate and so well-appointed. Very spacious with room to unpack and truly feel right at home. I loved the double closets in the bedroom which allowed more than enough room to unpack everything and lovely spacious bathroom (double vanities) also with great closet and storage space. The kitchen was perfect, finished with everything you might need, and the living room area was comfortable, homey and nicely decorated. I really appreciated all the special touches, lighting, amenities that made it so easy to settle in. My dog and I loved walking the property and surrounding area every day. Steve was so helpful and accommodating as I extended my stay twice and he went out of his way to be helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - it's a dream spot!

The host was very kind and thoughtful - I was there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and we were enjoying the zip line and silver spring park which are very close by. She was flexible with checkout and the home has everything you need. Bathroom is spacious and the master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The bikes are a nice addition - we found the home very convenient & comfortable.

Loved this home. We were in town for a bass tournament. The home was very close to the ramp, there was plenty of parking and it was on a dead end street so I was not worried about my boat or equipment. Home had plenty of room, was very clean, and the beds were so comfortable.

Had a valentines weekend here and it was great. Loved the outside area super spacious. Room was clean and close to many locations. Would stay here again!

Easy to check in/check out. Place was as described. Perfect for someone vacationing Disney and Universal parks and not planning on being in the room all day. Room was quiet and laundry on same floor was convenient.

To my wife & I, the big bonus is the convenience to so many restaurant choices nearby and a really relaxing and spacious balcony overlooking the adjoining lake. This was our third stay at Nicoleta's and we will return again next year.

It was indeed a cozy accommodation. We enjoyed the patio a lot. We loved all the amenities! The bedrooms were very accommodating. The hosts were exceptionally responsive. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We would recommend this find very much!

Convenient area to Universal and plenty of restaurants

Me and my family loved staying here! We had a great view of the pool area and we were able to watch a space X launch from our room one night! The fridge had an ice maker and water which I’ve never had in an Airbnb before so that was amazing for us too. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we are in Orlando :)
