Beautiful views from the verandah,location was accessible to everything, but you have to drive, that hill is extremely steep. Overall I would highly recommend Emily's air bnb.

Just spent three days at this absolute gem of a home with my disability client for his respite. The home was perfect for all his independence living skills and needs. He throughly enjoyed his respite the home was very well maintained and equipped for all his needs. Beautiful home in a great location 10/10 hands down 😊😊😊👌👌👌

We had the most peaceful stay at Cherie’s place. The veranda offered breathtaking, picturesque views, and there was plenty of places to take our puppy for walks. The nearby beaches were fantastic. Cherie’s home was immaculate, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could want. It truly felt like a luxurious getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Location and Views! This was a blissful 4 days right on the beach in this comfortable holiday house with the best verandah in Queensland. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, situated beach front with a huge rear yard, very well fenced (kept our dog Ted secure in between long walks on the miles of sandy beach). Looks unassuming until you get up the stairs to the verandah. We spent hours in the comfy chairs on there, watching the sea and the birds. Didn't try the open air clawfoot bath - would be ideal in the winter though. We had great weather, but it wouldn't have mattered if it had been rainy. Was a perfect fit for a couple and a dog, but there was another bedroom if needed. Yeppoon seems to be booming, and there is plenty of choice for eating/drinking out, if we could only have torn ourselves away from that view. Great value for an entire house. Needs some cosmetic work, but all amenities covered.

We had a fabulous time using Mark's place as a base for exploring the region. The house was clean, the beds comfortable and the proximity to the beach was a huge bonus for us. The Sister's Coffee Shop was a wonderful cafe within walking distance and we had a great surprise finding a fresh pineapple cart as we walked home with the most delicous pineapple ever. Great relaxing stay on the Capricorn Coast!

Anthony and Louella were great as host for my stay. The place was clean and they were always proactive in communicating. The place itself was lovely and had a gorgeous view. It all made for a great stay and would gladly go back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is close to shops and even though it is in the town area there is no traffic noises even on the lovely very large balcony, which gets beautiful sea breezes. Julie is very easy to detail with and very accommodating. The unit was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day get away.

Fantastic Stay, felt like no expenses were spared in making sure we felt right at home! Lovely furnishings, practical kitchen and beautiful deck area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable room with a lovely view. Super easy to get in and out. We enjoyed our stay, and were particularly thankful for the air con on such a hot weekend! Right in the middle of the action, with the beach, restaurants and Yeppoon town hall within easy walking distance. Great value :)
