Joe's place was perfect for a girl's trip with two 1 year olds. The house was beautiful and had so much personality and warmth. The area was super private and quiet surrounded by nature. Joe was very informative about check in process and recommendations were plentiful.

The stay here was absolutely amazing. The house was everything as pictured with an incredible view. It’s located in a quiet and private area which made the stay more comfortable. The house had everything you can think of from kitchen and household items to family board games. Unfortunately I didn’t get the experience the pool, but I would love to return for that experience.However the outdoor sauna was available and great. This is truly a home away from home.

Gregory’s listing was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and within a 15 min walk of downtown. The pool was clean and a great temperature once heated! Gregory also provided clear instructions on checkin, checkout, and general Airbnb guidelines which we appreciated.

We had a great stay. The house is in a very nice location close to all the towns. Tina was fantastic. The pool and tennis courts were in great shape.

House is well represented. Spacious, very clean, and great location. Good for families or groups of friends.

We had an amazing time staying at this house! It was in a great location, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the host was incredibly responsive. The check-in process was seamless, making our stay even more enjoyable. My family and I had a wonderful experience, and we would definitely book again!

Five stars doesn't feel like enough, if anything I'd say everything was better than we'd expected based on the pictures and the reviews! First, as others have mentioned John was an incredible host, the place was well stocked and had all sorts of snacks and drinks (and a nice bottle of wine); he also bought us dinner and was very good about keeping in touch the whole time we were there. The house was amazing top to bottom, but I have to specifically call out the pool, which was jaw-droppingly beautiful and the perfect temperature despite cold weather outside. We loved the neighborhood and yard to walk our dogs, and the kitchen was great to cook in (made me miss having a gas stovetop). We'll definitely be visiting again, it was the kind of stay that sets a new bar for what to look for in a vacation!

Our vacation at Hamptons Lux Retreat was outstanding. We were 6 adults and 2 children. The house is great with many amenities and made our staying very comfortable. The outdoors with the pool area are gorgeous, with lots of seating and a dining table to eat al fresco. Wish the pool was heated, but you can’t have everything. 😁😁. Inside is very spacious with 4 bedrooms and lots of seating as well. Our favorite room was the family room on the upper floor. There is a big window and a large couch to gather in the evening after a busy day. There are toys and board games for the kids and they were very engaged. Phil is very nice and he answered promptly to our questions and demands . We were 15 min to 1 hour away from quaint villages, great restaurants, beautiful beaches and wineries. We wish our vacation lasted longer.

We had an amazing stay and highly recommend!!! This was the perfect location for a quick getaway outside the city while still being close to great restaurants, vineyards and beaches! The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The backyard was peaceful, private and we loved the hot tub! Akriti and Scott were extremely responsive and helpful and we can’t wait to return for another trip!

Wonderful experience renting from Lily. The kitchen was well stocked with every dish and kitchen tool that we needed for the two families of 4 during our stay. Having two side by side outdoor showers was a game changer and made the entire experience super easy for a large group like ours post-beach every day. Would definitely recommend.

Don’t bother looking anywhere else!! This place rocks, it has everything and the host is awesome!!!

This was such a beautiful spot with close beach access. We loved the living room - the interior design was beautiful and the couch was incredibly comfortable! It was the perfect spot for a big group in Montauk.

We had an amazing time at the property, and Michael and Krissy were great hosts. They were very responsive and very helpful when we had questions and issues. The property was pristine and exactly what we hoped/expected it to be. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. Home was clean, beautifully decorated, very private and peaceful. Sabrina was always a text away. The home has everything you need. Short Uber ride to many restaurants, walkable to the bay beach. Highly recommend. I will surely be back.

Our family had an amazing stay at Christian’s. The house is beautiful with a great pool and backyard. We ate on the back patio every night. It’s a two minute walk to East Quogue and a 12 minute drive to the beach. It was a dream. We’re already planning our next stay.

What an incredible place! Best location! Hot tub is wonderful! Neighborhood is so quiet! The house was perfect for our group of 7! Comfy beds! Fully stocked house! We will be back next year for sure!!! Amazing times with my friends at this house!! Thank you!!

I stayed at Ashton's place by myself on a visit to see my parents, who also live in Springs. It was everything I could have hoped for. So peaceful, and such a beautiful space. Amazing high ceilings and natural light. The yard is gorgeous, so I can only imagine how lovely it is when the weather is warm. Ashton himself is very responsive and accommodating. I was sad to leave!

Beautiful home- everything appeared brand new and in excellent condition. Courtney was great to communicate with- and kind enough to let us check in a little bit early since the place was open. We are definitely hoping to come back again!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful post- Christmas getaway at Jennifer’s beautiful home. The house is fabulous - well- located, pristine , beautifully decorated and well-stocked. It was relaxing and perfect. We did not have much need to reach out (everything was effortless) but when we did, Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The home was easy to find. The house was clean and relatively well stocked. The one cup coffee maker was slow, maybe clogged. We ended up buying an inexpensive coffee maker because of our big group. A laundry basket with clothes in it was accidentally left in the den. Bathrooms and surfaces were clean. It was a nice space for us to spread out. The patio around the pool was inviting.

We had a great stay for marathon weekend in the Hamptons! The home was charming, clean, with ample space! Close to shops, restaurants, and everything we neded for pre race and recovery. Hopefully next year of training goes well and we can stay again!

She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even took the time to recommend some great local spots to visit. Her hospitality truly made this stay special. David was also fantastic so professional and accommodating. He made everything so easy, from check-in to answering any questions I had during my stay. It’s clear he takes pride in ensuring guests have a great experience. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just as described in the listing. It felt so cozy and inviting, and the little details, like the complimentary snacks and toiletries, made all the difference. The location was also perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Marks home was beautiful, peaceful and near to so many great areas. The pool and backyard were wonderful and relaxing. We loved it! Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay in East Hampton! The house is large and can comfortably sleep 15. Backyard is great and Warren was quick to respond whenever we wanted to heat the pool. Location is ideal, very close to East Hampton and Amagansett towns. Very clean as well! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone
