Perfect place to stay for Downtown Ottawa access!

Aweome place! Immaculate and way better than pictures posted! Great if you want to spend time on the canal as short walk away. Short convenient train ride to Parliament buildings and Rideau Centre. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in this location. Paul was also accommodating to a slightly later check out. Would highly recommend this place.

Stayed here for a two day trip to Ottawa with my mom and sister and it was perfect for us. Had everything we needed and then some and matched the description exactly. We would definitely love to return!

Despite the fact that old man winter showed up during our stay, the flat was toasty warm and with parks in either direction, there was always somewhere to walk our dogs. The Gatineau Parkway was near enough to walk to, providing access to everything the park has to offer, depending on the season.

This is the second time i have stayed at Maya’s place. Clean, convenient, and Maya is easy to communicate with. I would easily stay here again!

Great place to stay! The neighborhood is lovely and close to good food. The bus to downtown is very short and only a block or two away. The kitchen was clean and generally well stocked. The access to laundry machine was very handy. The separate entrance made it very private. The only challenge was that the owners upstairs host a daycare and often children would be jumping and screaming upstairs which we could hear quite clearly. If you are using it as a home base but are planning to be out during but the day, the noise shouldn’t be a problem.

Brenan is a wonderful host. He is very friendly and welcoming. His place is clean and cozy and the parking is definitely a plus. It’s very easy to get to downtown Ottawa from his place and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We would 1000% stay with him again!

Patrick is an incredible host—extremely kind, responsive, and an amazing problem solver. Upon our arrival, the hot tub had unfortunately broken, but Patrick went above and beyond by graciously offering a $100 refund, even though it was completely unnecessary. His generosity and commitment to guest satisfaction are truly remarkable. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a fantastic location—right by the hospital and close to many great restaurants, making everything super convenient. I will 1000% be booking this Airbnb again—or one of Patrick’s others—because he is genuinely one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. He has multiple listings, and based on this experience, I have no doubt they are just as exceptional. It’s a rare privilege to feel so safe and comfortable in an Airbnb, and Patrick made that possible. I highly recommend staying at one of his properties!

We had a very nice visit to Chelsea. David-Alexandre’s place was perfect for an active weekend. It is across the road from Gatineau Park: which has great nordic skiing and is within an ~10 min drive to Camp Fortune Alpine skiing. There are cleared paths for walking to town for food and a short drive to the spa. Our hosts were great and the space was super clean and comfortable. We’d can’t wait to come back!

Old place leave as it is. Even so, it was clean. Only thing that disturbed me, semi-equipped kitchen. There was a mini fridge in front of the big one, no sink, and a treadmill instead of the oven. For the comfort, everything was fine.

Nice and cozy room, well-arranged and comfortable. Jon was very welcoming and flexible. Loved the two cats too! Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was our first time visiting Ottawa and this was a great spot. Walking distance to Byward Market and the Rideau Centre & Canal, and Parliament. The space was small but very cozy. Dunia was very friendly and responsive. Overall, a very good experience :)

Large, well furnished basement. Me and my dog loved it. Good location close to everything and contrary to Ottawa traffic, I recommend:)
