La is a very great and lovely host! The place is very good nearby train street, you can even hear the train passing by. The house is fresh, clean and exactly as the picture. What’s not annoying. I would definitely visit the place again.

Nice and quiet place to stay for the 8 of us. We had the whole apartment to ourselves. Incredible host. Very prompt responses. Airport transfer arrangements were prompt and hassle free too. Near the old quarters yet safe and peaceful place. 2 good cafes nearby to catch early breakfasts too.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and conveniently located near Train Street and the Old Quarter, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Trang and Linh were incredibly helpful and always available to assist with any questions or concerns. The highlight of the stay was definitely the balcony, which offered a unique view of passing trains. If we visit Hanoi again, we’d love to book this place once more. Overall, an excellent experience!

We had a lovely stay in Hanoi Old Quarter. I love these old style buildings where there is so much life inside and out. It was great to have a balcony but with the doors closed there is not much noise (and the street is quiet at night). We had everything we needed and the host was very helpful she even gave us the use of a washing machine and luggage storage. A great experience thank you!

The place was great! It’s homey, comfortable, and within walking distance of Hoan Kiem lake, St. Joseph’s cathedral, night market and many more attractions. The host offers a safe baggage storage for when you arrive too early for check-in or when your travel plans are hours beyond your check-out time. I also appreciate that the host is very responsive, flexible and accommodating to our needs.

The space is exceptional. We have a little kid and the room is large enough for him to play around. A big bathtub is a plus point. We was also able to invite friends to our room for a cozy dinner, and the fullt-equipped kitchen helped a lot. But for hygiene stuff like toothpaste, shampoo, etc., it’s necessary to text the host before it runs out coz there’ll be no one who come to check during your stay.

This is an amazing location. The air is much fresher here near the spacious green park. The view from the balcony is lovely and tranquil. Billy's mom and dad will go above and beyond to ensure that you are well cared for. There is everything that you could possibly need. Soaps, shampoo, dish soap, laundry room with detergent, rooftop area for drying clothes. There are two sets of linens, so that you always have a set for the bed/bath while the other dries from washing. There are lots/frying pans, portable electric stovetop, rice cooker, slow cooker, dishware, & utensils. The refrigerator is in excellent condition. There's a fan and a multiple function air conditioner (cool, dehydration, heat). Whenever I have a "traveler's challenge" Billy's parents are very quick to help sort things out from SIM cards, to receipt of shipments from home, to just a delightful home cooked meal to cheer you up. Considering the current global crisis, covid-19, Billy's parents provided me with masks and keep me updated about government announcements. They have even been good sports about helping me make videos for my YouTube channel. Billy's dad drove us to a shopping mall and filmed the check-in process (temperature checks) to enter the mall/stores. Billy's mom has let me film clips of her delicious food (with room service!!) and I'm looking forward to filming her in the kitchen. They've been outstanding in making me feel welcome and safe. Instead of returning to the USA, I've decided to finish my tourist visa. Vietnam is one of the safest places to be. I'm grateful to have already arrived in country and truly appreciate being here at Kiwihomevn.

Mr. Hao Airbnb is a great place. Its located in a very good location in the old quarter, just 300 meter from J´Hoan Kien Lake. The apartment is located in the Older building on the 5 floor (have to walk 4 floor up, but its ok, since the building has apartment of local Vietnamese and you can meet a lot of neighbours) . The apartment is great, very spacious, well furnished, separate bedroom, a big fully equipped kitchen (there is even a dishwasher), nice bathroom room, and a separate room with a bath tub. The apartment has air-condition and a portable heater, Wash machine, microwave, a big fridge and freezer, plates,...... all there. a big TV in the living room and a big projector in the bedroom, great...... and a balcony too...... I highly recommend the apartment and i will be back soon...... Thanks Mr. Hao to make the stay so pleasant and memorable.

Place is really nice, probably I’ve had the easiest checkin ever :) Location is convenient ( you have a shopping centre, couple of cafes nearby ) and a famous train street in walk distance as well! *just be ready to walk up and down stairs a lot :) and don’t forget to checkout the rooftop

Safe place to stay with family

we stayed in Hanoi for almost two weeks and would highly recommend Van Anh''s apartment for a stay. Van Anh is a terrific host who is helpful and responds clearly and quickly. The apartment is surrounded by great coffee shops and a Circle K which makes it ideal for some easy caffeine in the morning and conveniences Americans may be used to. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

We stayed 4 nights in this great apartment. Its location is walking distance to old quarter and many of Hanoi’s top attractions. It is clean and Ms. Hoa was a kind, knowledgeable host. She was very accommodating to all our needs. Definitely recommend this apartment.

Great spot near Bach Mai hospital. Clean, spacious room and a nice kitchen area to use as well. The family were very accommodating!

Everything was fine, very comfortable the ideal place for the weekend to relax, the furniture is a bit old. My group is quite satisfied to gather

If you have the chance to stay here and be hosted by Tim & Hana, you should be so lucky. It's out of the way and for people who want peacefulness. You get to just look at green, the garden and the trees every day. It was exactly what I wanted. They also have such a sweet little neighborhood they have made with their friends, everyone was very welcoming. There's a pickleball court, Tim & Hana are incredibly helpful, accomodating, open-hearted and kind, not to mention insanely competent. Anything we needed they accomplished so well and quickly I was blown away. The little scooter was great so you don't have to get a bike/car if you don't want. The home is so beautiful and clearly lived in, in the best way. It was made to be lived in and I felt so at home. It also felt so spacious and beautiful, it felt like many hours of love, care, thoughfulness, meditation and kindness were put into the home and even without anyone else there, it's easy to be impacted by it.

Great host , who was most helpful at all times. Good communication from start to finish and also helped with any problems quickly. The apartment is huge with 5 floors and 3 good size bedrooms. Close to all the things you need in the old quarter. Really enjoyed our time in Hanoi.
