Very clean, the cleaners work hard. Very bright, a window on the entire wall. There are also large curtains. The window, or rather the glass wall, faces the street and there are special bars so that no one can see you, but you can see the street. It is very convenient. The room is in excellent condition, nice renovation. All the staff are friendly and nice people. They provide free water. But you need to leave the room and pour it from the cooler into a carafe. They also have the option of putting the entire cooler for you, this is an additional service that costs $1.5 for 20 liters of water, which is very cheap and I ordered it. Water is a very big plus for this place. There is a great restaurant 20 meters away, not expensive but very tasty. There is a store 10 meters away, open 24/7.

This place has a very beautiful view. Everything was neat and comfortable, including the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The landlord is always friendly and responsive. I would like to stay here the next time I come.

We enjoyed staying here since it’s closed to SGN and not too far to Saigon central and yet no traffic going out to other Provinces such as Bình Dương, Biên Hoà, Đà Lạt.

Great place, great location. Not too far from Ben Thanh market. I actually prefer it that way. Great price as well. I ended up losing the keycard so I had to pay the fee but communication from the hosts might have been a little frustrating because they said they gave me 2 cards but it was only 1. Either way, they tried to alleviate it so I'll give them full stars. Would definitely come back again

Great apartment for our 4 night stay. Included everything we needed. The host was very helpful, particularly in helping to replace the building access card which we lost.
