Bow and Golf are dedicated and flexible when serving their client. location is good for tourists who are looking for coffee shops, restaurants and mall The streets are full of cars and motorcycles which make a decent amount of noise and the air is poluted.

As a family of four we had a very pleasant stay as we experienced New Years Eve there. We had a stunning overview from the rooftop terrace. They have a pool and a sauna there, which we loved. There is a market 15 min walk at a canal which is nice to visit. Robert was a fantastic host and communication was very easy. Thank you for being flexible regarding the check-out time.

Thank you for hosting our family of 5! We found our stay to be very comfortable and clean. The amenities of the building are great! The neighborhood is less busy than the old town area if that’s something preferable but still a 15 min walk to night markets. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. Recommend! I would come back again. :)

I had a great stay at The One Chiang Mai Condo. The apartment was clean & cozy & thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the beautiful swimming pool, both during the day and night. The location was convenient, the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

We had a great stay in this house!

Words fail us in describing how beautiful the property and house are. The home is impeccably designed with the most thoughtful antique pieces taking centre stage. It is a bit away from the old city which can lead to long wait times for Grab during the mad new years rush. We didn't mind it much because this distance did however give us a quiet slice of heaven to come back to. We had an absolutely wonderful time and are so grateful to the whole team behind Villa De Pruek.

We loved our stay here! The owners are very nice and easy to communicate. The location is perfect. There are lots of places to visit and dine within walking distance. It’s very close to the park where there are plenty of activities to join in the morning and evening time. It’s ideal for families with seniors and juniors. Highly recommend it!

We came as a group of 12 people and the two bungalows with six spacious bedrooms gave everyone plenty of space and privacy, while the communal areas were perfect for gathering together. The pool was a highlight—clean, refreshing, and ideal for relaxing during the day. We loved the outdoor dining setup and the covered sala, which made every meal feel special. The two indoor dining areas were also great for when we wanted to enjoy meals inside. The location couldn’t be better—just an 8-10 minute drive to the city, making it super convenient to explore Chiang Mai while still enjoying a peaceful, private retreat. The host was fantastic and made sure everything was seamless for our group. This place is perfect for families or groups looking for convenient stay. We’re already planning our next visit! Highly recommend!

I had a really good stay for a month:) There is a Central Festival on foot, so it is easy to live No matter what you call Grab Bolt, it's fixed right away, so it's not difficult to move around. Water delivery is possible, and the main pool is sunny, so it's not too cold to swim in December. I like that the sunlight in the accommodation is so good the whole time. As a southern-facing accommodation, you can see the main pool from the veranda. The interior is the same accommodation as the photos, and there are rice cookers and dryers. Kitchen utensils are also provided, but the pots and pans look old and difficult to use. I bought and used two frying pans and a cutting board knife, etc. There was no place to put my shoes, so I bought a rack and left it. There are a few cleaning tools, and they provide about 6 large towels and small towels, but the laundry is dry, so you can use it enough for 2 people. However, if you are sensitive, please bring extra. The owner of the accommodation was very kind, and I want to use it again if I have a chance next time.

Jorge’s apartment was perfect, well equipped and clean. Jorge communicated well and his suggestion that we visit the flower festival was appreciated, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The swimming pool is lovely but could do with more sun beds. This was one of the best apartments we have visited.

It is a little way from the ancient city, but the environment here is great, the public facilities pool, gym are all unexpectedly satisfied😊😊 The room is clean and tidy, and the room price is very good! The host was very nice and quick communication👍

No so private because of Window) You should to close it If you want to feel confident. But location is perfect! There are a lot of condos but this one the best because of friendly guards, location, parking and etc
