A really nice, well-kept and spacious house with a large property which is completely surrounded by a hedge and fence in it, so you are undisturbed and the dog can run freely. In addition, there is a large, lockable shed on the property in which bicycles can be stored, among other things. We felt very comfortable and were able to recover super!

The chalet is exactly as described in the listing. It is very nice, cozy and practical. Everything was thought of and we were completely satisfied. Contact with Francesca was straightforward and reliable.

Had a great stay at Nel's place! The house and surroundings are stunningly beautiful. You can spend every morning with a coffee by the water. 🌻 However, you should expect a lot of insects because of the location. 🕷️ We especially accompanied us on a daily basis. We would always come back 😊

We stayed for a very spontaneous weekend with baby and toddler in Amira's chalet. Spacious, simple, tasteful and absolutely clean ! The 4 of us immediately felt comfortable and had a great weekend in Petten. I had actually imagined it smaller, so I was positively surprised. Amira was always just a message away, with questions I usually got a friendly answer and help within a few minutes. If we end up in Petten again, then definitely go back to Amira's chalet ! Absolutely recommended ♥️ An oven would still have been fantastic, but if you had looked at the conditional instructions for the smart microwave, you would certainly have gotten something there. We thoroughly enjoyed it! See you soon 👋

Unfortunately, my own stay was only of a very short duration, because I became increasingly sick during the first evening. Karin helped us (I stayed here for a weekend with my best friend) with the contact details of the doctor's guard and there, in addition to antibiotics, I got the advice to go out at home sick... So whether my husband still pick me up around midnight. Extremely unfortunate because the cottage had/has everything we had been looking forward to. From a nice dining table to chat at, playing games, being creative, to a really beautifully finished bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and a lovely bed (I spent a few hours sick there that afternoon so I'll take that experience as a "bonus". My girlfriend was able to explore the beautiful surroundings further after my departure, she stayed there to enjoy the tranquility and did this to the fullest! In the future, we hope for a resit because this location is definitely worth it!

Lovely home in a great location. If you want to relax or take a nice walk, this is really recommended!

The cottage is very cozy and we felt very comfortable there. It is located in a beautiful environment with many nice walks with the dog. We could fish right outside the front door and the kids were at the large pool or football field in a few minutes by foot. For excursions to Amszerdam or Alkmaar, you can reach the train station in Anna Paulowna in 10 minutes by car, from where a train runs every 30 minutes. In Anna Paulowna there are also supermarkets, a beautiful 'Eetcafe' and a very nice zoo. In about 15 minutes you can also reach Callantsog directly on the beach, where you can also rent bicycles cheaply. It was a great urlab and I'm sure we'll be back.

Wonderful place great vacation community. John and Caroline at the bar/restaurant nearby in the community made us feel right at home. Great for our family reunion. I recommend.

A very neat and very cozily furnished holiday home. The kitchen is very fully equipped and sparkling clean! There is a spacious parking and you can also store bicycles safely and dry. Very cozy garden! Desirée, the friendly host, is very approachable and responds almost immediately to questions. We have had a very nice holiday here! Thank you, Desirée!

Great stay and welcoming owners. Private bakery/patisserie with delicious sandwiches and other goodies. We have enjoyed and not too busy.

For people looking for peace and quiet, this is a nice place to unplug. By bike you can get to the surrounding villages and beautiful beach sections in no time. The bungalow is in a very quiet location and offers everything you need to live. On the terrace, it is well protected from the wind and sunbathe. We enjoyed it very much 👍

For the second time here and again a wonderful place. Village around the corner, sea around the corner and yet in a quiet street. This time can also sit in the sun in the large garden on a nice sofa. Thank you Rogier for your hospitality and careful contact. We'd love to come back!

We enjoyed the beautiful and comfortable house with my adult family. All bedrooms were wonderfully spacious and the beds slept fine. Bathrooms were spacious and equipped with every comfort. Also the kitchen and the view. The whole thing was great. It was very nice that we were called that we were allowed to enter the house earlier that was a gift.

We had a wonderful holiday on the Hoeva Vianen. Everything was as described in the listing and the two hosts super friendly and helpful. We were very positively surprised how large the property is, which you can use in addition to the apartment. In front of the apartment is a huge garden with playground and sandbox and several riding equipment that the children can use. That was really nice to just sit comfortably in front of the house. A small point of criticism for which the owners can't do anything: the farm is very far north and close to the airport. So you always had long distances to get to the beach or the like. But apart from the planes during the day, which were always very exciting to watch, it was incredibly quiet. You absolutely had your peace and didn't hear a mind at night. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The three of us ( my mother, me and my son of 4) had a lovely weekend in the cottage beach found at Desiree and Wouter. The cottage was very clean and equipped with every comfort. Given the location in the Koog, a great base from which to see a lot of Texel and also to be able to go to the beach. It's a real feeling of being away from it all. Desiree provided all the necessary tips in advance and responds super quickly, even during the stay. In addition, the cottage has nice books about the history of jutting on Texel. Bakker Wouter makes delicious cinnamon rolls and croissants on Sunday, which we ate back on the ferry. Thank you very much for the perfect weekend!

Robert's house is very comfortable. We were there with my parents at age. They could stay downstairs in a nice bedroom next to the living room with a bathroom suitable for the disabled. The living room is very nice with a lovely lounge sofa and a large sliding door to the terrace where you can sit outside from the wind. There are sun beds available so as soon as there is sun you can fully enjoy. The kitchen is top fitted with everything you need. Upstairs 3 more bedroom with good mattresses and pillows. And a 2nd bathroom with washing machine and dryer. In short, a lovely house. Highly recommended. Communication with Robert was friendly, flexible and quick. We enjoyed our stay on Texel.

We had a lovely weekend at Hoeve Vianen. There was a very nice welcome package, communication was very nice. The space was beautiful, warm and tastefully furnished. Our son also loved the cottage, partly due to the bunk bed and felt right at home. Nice playground in front of the door, and a large garden to play football in, of course. We will definitely come back!

Desirée welcomes you very friendly and has all tips. The cottage is within walking distance of the koog (shops/restaurants) and the beach. Very nice!

Very nice, fast and clear communication and good tips for the surroundings/bike rental etc. The cottage was great, and within walking distance of the Koog plus associated shops and restaurant. But most of all, the delicious coffee and fresh bakery of Wouter. I'd really like to come back.

Beautiful new house. Very spaciously laid out with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of all is available. Wonderfully quiet location. The house does lack some atmosphere (both inside and outside), possibly because it is still so new.
