Donna's place exceeded our expectations. We felt very safe and comfortable there. Every detail of the apartment was well thought out. We loved the extra touches like the sound machine, shampoos lotions and conditioners as well as two types of coffee. I'd definitely stay there again on my next trip to Houston.

We loved our stay here. Kate’s place was super clean in a beautiful and tranquil area. It was conveniently located near downtown. Kate was very helpful and kind with all of my questions as well. Highly recommend staying here!

Cindy, She was an excellent Host . She was out of town .during my stay but communicated with me throughout my time . Due to some weather conditions she had no issues with me staying another night. . Well definitely stay here again .

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and the ease of access to the river made for the perfect weekend. No worrying about parking, renting tubes, getting picked up by a van- just walk in and walk out back to the house. It is a beautiful little gem.

beautiful location, lots of things to do in the surrounding area. some restaurants were walkable. quite during the night, but morning traffic and construction noise during the day. it was perfect, exactly what we needed. the shower was heavenly. I am so happy with our stay and I would absolutely recommend it.

Clean, quiet, very nice place! Communication was fast and easy! Loved the backyard with the pool and the tub was amazing 🤩 Will book again when we come back to Austin!

love the location!! super close from downtown. however, studio was small but it was OK for the time I spent in there.

Very accessible as described! I’m a light sleeper and being above the garage and near the church I thought I may be woken up easily but I was wrong! Slept great in little bed and water was hot; can’t beat it

This was an excellent stay for my surprise visit to see family. The neighborhood is walkable and near lots of entertainment. The beds and couch were comfortable and clean. The television was easy to use which is worth noting since many homes have multiple remotes and aren’t easy to understand. The bathroom was clean and had ample toiletries and towels. Water temp and pressure were great as well. WiFi connection was GREAT and perfect for me to get work done remotely. It worked throughout the rental without issue. I recommend this home and hope to rent again for another short stay.

Located 20 min from the Alamo by foot, this place is a good value for money. I would recommend.

Perfectly located for my needs. Softball fields 6 blocks away, Praxis coffee shop 3 blocks. Easy access to downtown and freeways. The studio was cozy and clean, with basic amenities met. A small washer/dryer unit in the room more than make up for any missing extras in my travels. We had an interweb not interwebbing issue one day and Embry was immediately attentive and fixed the problem. Would love to stay again same time next year..

Enjoyed our stay and the outdoor area. I thought it was within walking distance to the Riverwalk however it was not. We had to drive 15 min, find and pay for parking. Hauling our suitcases up the long stairs to the second story was a challenge but it was still a nice stay.

If you're looking for fancy, this isn't it. But we were able to stay at a rate less than the hotel with a kitchen, separate bedroom and parking. It was close to the interstate, restaurants and stores. The little apartment had everything we needed.
