Super place with a great hostess. We arrived early (and she accommodated us), slept really well and loved all the helpful touches. It is well stocked (any lotion or potion one might ever need), a fantastic pool and garden, extremely quiet. Donna is super nice and very interesting. She works really hard to make sure guests have what they need and are comfortable. I would definitely book again.

This Airbnb was the ideal spot for a weekend getaway with my husband! It was incredibly relaxing and peaceful. We absolutely loved the view of the Hill Country, especially from the hot tub at dusk, and the garden and gazebo were stunning. Our host was very respectful of our privacy, which we truly appreciated. I was a bit nervous about being away from our baby girl for the first time since her birth, but this place and its beautiful scenery helped me unwind and take my mind off of it. We couldn’t have chosen a better place!

Our stay was great ! Super quiet and private and not far from attractions. Also got a chance to meet one of their pups with was really cute and we also loved seeing the deer that would pass by. Would return again 😊

Cindy was great! she checked on me more than once, and even knocked on the door to bring me some toiletries. I miss meeting face-to-face unfortunately as I was already in the shower, but it was nice to be checked on. there's a little bit of instruction in the area so if you're going for late night snacks, be prepared to navigate a little bit. but you're very very close to the beach. this place is small! that is not a negative but just be aware two people find it a tight fit. I think. I'm a bigger guy and I felt perfectly comfortable solo. there are plenty of hooks to hang your bags, towels, or other accessories. The shower was a little tight for a bigger guy like myself The patio right outside the door is a great place to sit at the end of the day and collect your thoughts, or have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning before your day starts. it is a garage apartment in the backyard, so there is definitely some sense of privacy. it's a very calm place to sit

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and the ease of access to the river made for the perfect weekend. No worrying about parking, renting tubes, getting picked up by a van- just walk in and walk out back to the house. It is a beautiful little gem.

Very convenient to the Stockyards which was the highlight of our visit. We had a rental car to drive ourselves and also used Uber/Lyft a number of times. Easy, short ride😊 Thanks for a quiet place to stay. You and your family are so very kind and would definitely stay here again if we ever visit the area again soon!

All I can say is BOOK THIS PLACE! Everything from start to finish was so easy. Sonja explained everything very thoroughly and was a wonderful host! The place was easy to find and check in was very simple. The price point was also very nice. Now for the good stuff. lol Sonja had some of our favorite snacks and drinks laid out for us along with some smooth jazz playing when we arrived. She had the air conditioning set to our preferred setting, the place smelled good, and was super clean! THE SHOWER…. THE BED…. AMAZING!!!! The water pressure is fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, the bedding was so soft and smelled wonderful. The place also felt like home, we usually don’t feel completely comfortable in other places like this, but something about this place was super comforting and relaxing. We will definitely be booking this place again. Thanks again for providing a wonderful place to stay, Sonja. See you next time!!

We loved our stay here! It was super clean and the shower was so dreamy! It was super close to Dallas and was in a quiet lush neighborhood! The only negative to this place was how loud the surrounding cars, people and dogs were. It almost felt like they were in the room w us but other than it it was wonderful!!

Was such a peaceful and fun area to stay in. I had so much fun and will be staying again if in the area!!

My husband and I stayed here for a little mini staycation for our wedding anniversary. It was a peaceful, quiet, beautiful neighborhood (we even wanted to look into moving into this neighborhood; we loved it so much). The place was cozy, the decor was great, and it was clean and surprisingly quiet considering the airport's proximity. We didn't really hear the planes from inside the place. The TV was great, too. Andrew was responsive and friendly. This spot was a great price for what we received.

Great property in a phenomenal location. Bright, airy, and inviting. Mark was super responsive. We look forward to staying there again on our next visit to Austin.

Very accessible as described! I’m a light sleeper and being above the garage and near the church I thought I may be woken up easily but I was wrong! Slept great in little bed and water was hot; can’t beat it

Stayed a couple of nights and the place was super clean, the house was in a nice neighborhood and many restaurants near by. Everything was spotless and easy check in, we got there earlier than expected and he let us check in early, his responsive rate was amazing as well. I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Excellent value for money, a good level of privacy, and a convenient location (15-20 walk to downtown or just down the street from a bus stop). Edward was responsive, flexible and helpful. There were also many amenities that had been thoughtfully provided.

Perfectly located for my needs. Softball fields 6 blocks away, Praxis coffee shop 3 blocks. Easy access to downtown and freeways. The studio was cozy and clean, with basic amenities met. A small washer/dryer unit in the room more than make up for any missing extras in my travels. We had an interweb not interwebbing issue one day and Embry was immediately attentive and fixed the problem. Would love to stay again same time next year..

We loved staying here! The location was perfect (we were able to walk to so many things!), and it was so nice to come back to the private hot tub after a day of exploring! The hosts were extremely friendly, responsive, and put a lot of thought into making our stay comfortable. We had everything we needed and more! The rental unit was extremely clean, well-kept, and up-to-date. The beds were very comfortable, we slept so well! If we are ever in the area again, this will be our place for sure!

Host did a wonderful job communicating! While we were staying, San Antonio had to weather a tough thunderstorm that took out the internet for a brief moment. Before we even reached out to the host, she told us she contacted the provider and said it would be back up shortly. Due to flight times, she made an exception and also let me check in an hour or so early so I wouldn't have to sit and wait at the airport. It's a small spot but just enough for a short trip. The patio is so lovely, and had it not been raining, we would've been out there most of the time. Either way, it was a nice, calming view right in front of the bed. Water pressure was good in the shower as well. Wall air conditioner unit in the bedroom and living room helped get rid of some of the humidity from the rain. Some of the furniture is a bit old, but it's like any 3-star hotel, really—it just feels much more like a home, which is exactly what we were looking for. Totally recommend!
