Holiday houses in Tessera, Venice

This place was so perfect for my son and me! The location was perfect being only a 5 minute walk to St Marks Square and 7 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. Lu is such an amazing host, giving us very helpful instructions with navigating the Vaporetto getting there, and then meeting us, plus precisely how to get to the airport, plus she provided wonderful restaurants recommendations and even made a reservation for us, which turned out to be our favorite restaurant we went to on our 3 days there! She was also helpful providing ideas on where to go for New Years and offering to make another reservation for us! The apartment is huge and the 2 bathrooms were so nice to have! I loved the Venetian style! There are 4 flights of stairs but that didn’t bother us at all. I would highly recommend Lu’s place and would stay here again!

This is a whole floor in a nice looking villa on Lido, spacious, with a character and charm. Located perfectly between the beach and Vaporetto to Venice old town, and right next to multitude of bars (check out Olfa Soul), restaurants, gelaterias and groceries (Coop and Conad). If you want to spend several days wandering through Venice and at the same time spend calm evenings on the beach – the location is fantastic. Hosts are responsive and every aspect of us being there (two families with kids) was pretty awesome. Only warning: this is a second floor with a relatively steep staircase, people with limited mobility may experience issues getting in, and you can't roll a stroller into the apartment. The area around the villa, however, is kids friendly and very accessible.

Very clean apartment, great for families. Close to the beach, has a pool and small snack bar on premises. About a 10 minute walk to the bus that takes you to the ferry in San Marco.

Oasis is the chaos. Plenty of room, great views, extremely quite at night but quick walk to the main sights. Excellent and proactive communication that made arrival and check in super easy after a long day of travel.

The apartment is great. Conveniently located for visiting all of Venice on foot. 2 steps from the boat bus stop. A large supermarket not far away for shopping. Less than 10 minutes walk from Saint Marc in one direction and the arsenal on the other. The apartment is very nice, bright, with a large terrace. Alberto and Federico are very available and responsive. They gave us a map with backs of bars and restaurants. And respond via messaging very quickly to our questions. We had a great time, we hope to be back very soon!

It was a very nice stay again. The apartment is well furnished and spacious and the campsite offers everything the (children's)heart desires. In the restaurant you can also eat great with children and the supermarket at the campsite can be reached quickly and has everything necessary. The package also includes loungers by pool and beach with great location. The hosts are extremely friendly, straightforward, and help where they can. Great recommendation, especially for holidays with young children!

Jan was extremely communicative with us, providing accurate and helpful instructions for arriving at the place. The streets of Venice are small and confusing, so the instructions were very helpful and very clear. The unit was on a canal and the pictures of the inside are accurate, if not better than what was pictured. The location was perfectly located in Venice near all the sites to see, but also on a very quiet street. Jan has great recommendations, especially for restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here.
