Amazing stay in Venice. Great apt and location. Arriving at our own private patio by boat can’t be beat.

Giorgio has a unique and wonderful property! The location was superb and Giorgio was a very gracious and helpful host!

We stayed at this place as 2 adults and 3 teens around mid of April. This stay is clearly one of the best things that happened to us during our trip to Italy. It is a very comfortable place, only a few mins of walk from the Mestre train station as well as bus stop. The home is beautiful, locality is clean and safe and Roberta is an awesome host. The bathrooms are clean, beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. On the last day of our trip there was heavy rain and Roberta was too kind to make two trips to the train station just to help us out! Overall super sweet and very recommended stay.

Very nice accommodation, spacious, clean and in a strategic location for visiting the center and all the wonderful places in the surrounding area.

Our stay at Eriks' place was great. The house was very spacious (there is actually a bigger couch than the one in the photos), had a well- equipped kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect for walking. The was a grocery store a few blocks away. The bus to Venice was nearby as well (tap your credit card when you get on and that is your ticket). Restaurants were nearby as well. we found parking quite easily on the street, which is not the busy. We had a great stay!

The apartment was very nice, clean, located in a great complex with pool (not yet available, due to the season). The amenities were very plentiful, there was really everything you need! The owner is very, very friendly and quick to respond to questions, very accommodating. He also submitted a list of good tips for the area in advance. The location is great, msn quickly gets to the beach and the "main street" with shops and restaurants. The nearest larger supermarket can be reached in 5-6 minutes by car. We were extraordinarily satisfied and can only recommend the place!

This place was a dream! Enrico had plenty of information to make check in and check out as easy as possible! The location is convenient and easy to navigate to and tucked away enough to not be in the hustle and busle of Venice! I would only come back to Venice just to stay at this Airbnb.

There were two things that stood out to us (a group of 5). One is the location, 5 min walk to the station and 5 min train and you are in Venice. Another thing, and for us was the most positively surprising, is how Serena dealt with us. She is a very sweet lady who went out of her way to give us a million recommendations. She also left some crackers, candies and water for us, which was so thoughtful. What a great host! The place was cozy and overall it was a good deal. Having the parking available for our car was a plus.

Elly’s place is great and in a central location with great amenities.
