The place was as beautiful as it was in the pictures. It was very clean and put together. Kaila was extremely responsive and helpful in finding the location after dark, providing instructions on services, and proactively booking activities. We hope that the unit we stayed in gets better lighting in the dining area and the wireless network speed is improved, as the weather is getting worse and movie nights will become more frequent.

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful farmhouse in a peaceful setting. Alessandra and Enrico were very friendly and responsive. The beds were very comfortable, and our daughter enjoyed the yard and the farm animals a lot! We would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a quiet retreat. Rental car is essential.

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Marcelo’s 3 level house in Città della Pieve is absolutely exquisite. The photos make the house look great… But it is even better in the flesh. It is so beautifully decorated and balances old crafted beautiful building materials with gorgeous contemporary furniture and soft furnishings. The kitchen is very well appointed with appliances, the spa bath & sauna on the ground floor are next level amazing (basically a wellness centre in itself!) & the views from the upper windows of the surrounding landscape, with its rolling hills & beautiful buildings of Città are just heavenly. Marcelo was a very responsive host and Anastasia, the local contact, was an absolute lifesaver (particularly when we got lost/trapped in a very narrow street when we arrived). She is a walking angel. I really hope the arrival directions are changed with Anastasia’s help because getting lost in the dark with no GoogleMaps (the directions we had been given didn’t help) was v stressful. Even so, it was glorious

We had a fantastic stay! Jan's place is a Tuscan dream – invitingly designed, perfect for feeling good and everything was clean. Even before we arrived, we were greeted by Jan with so much warmth and great tips that we felt right at home from the beginning. Their hospitality and dedication make the stay memorable. Oystein's place in Bolsena is wonderful. Each of the 4 levels has been tastefully designed to be flexible to accommodate a range of sleeping options. Quality features throughout in a superb location. The house is clean and very comfortable with wonderful artwork. The large dining table was great for our family gathering. Wonderful views from the rooftop balcony, which, alongside the other 2 balconies give options for finding a colling breeze (and possibly also a warming spot in the sun in winter). Oystein is an organised and accommodating host who is quick to respond. it was a real pleasure to stay here in this amazing part of Italy.

We stayed at the property for 8 days at the end of September. Federica, the location, the house, the complex around the house were unique and very nice! We felt very comfortable from the first day. A supermarket and several restaurants are easily accessible by car. Frederica is a great host and problems solved her and her husband quickly. We had brief problems with the toilet flush, hot water supply and heating - all topics were resolved in a timely manner. Close to the property is the train station Orte, from there there is a train to Rome several times, I can only recommend that. Cheap, on time (not like the DB) and Rome is a force! Accommodation is recommended and we would book again in case we get back to the region.

The apartment is really charming and spacious, very well cared for in the beautician and decor. We found it very clean. We were surprised to find it equipped with everything we could need. Really well above our expectations. The house has a lovely view, in a very quiet and peaceful location. Great base for exploring nearby by car. Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms equipped with everything. We felt right at home. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality. Final touch. We have a 6-year-old and it was very nice to discover new readings for him, also present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.

This a wonderful apartment. The location is perfect. Wonderful views from the terrace. Is has everything you need. Highly recommended.
