Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tertenia

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We're thrilled! 😍 There was nothing missing in this house. It's all been thought out. Restaurants, shopping, and beaches are nearby. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a Super Host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed our time in Sardinia. The apartment is very nice, very welcoming and warm (we were at the beginning of January), as was the warm welcome. Camilla and Piera are two exquisite people, extremely hospitable and kind. Although for a short while (we already had other plans), we had a great time. Looking forward to coming back and staying a few more days. Austis is a very nice village in central Sardinia. With a car available, or even bicycles (which can be rented on site), you can make wonderful excursions in the middle of the barbaric nature. In addition, the location is highly strategic to reach the two west and east coasts. A stay of great quality, needless to say: highly recommended.

I stayed at Michele's place with friends for two weeks, and it was an absolute blast! Michele was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply and ready to help whenever we needed assistance. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to relax and cook, including heaters to keep you warm during winter. The vibe of the house is fantastic, and the view is truly one of the most breathtaking I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend this place! A small note for those visiting during New Year’s Eve: the city is very quiet, with most(During my stay, everything) restaurants and markets closed, which makes it perfect for disconnecting and unwinding. Just make sure to plan ahead for supplies. There are small cities close by(20-30min by car) with restaurants and markets during this period.

We lived in Manuela's house with 9 people. There was enough space and we felt very comfortable. The pool was "gold" for the kids :) The view of the sea and the daily breakfast on the terrace cannot be paid with money, just a dream. We miss it....Since we came to Sardinia by car, we were able to visit many beautiful beaches and places. We also booked a boat with skipper, just ask at the port of Porto Corallo. He drove us to snorkel and swim at beautiful coves with crystal clear waters. That was an experience for all of us. Manuela's house is large and stocked with everything you could ever need, nothing was missing in the kitchen. It should be noted that there is no filter coffee machine, but a capsule machine. Manuela is really a perfect host, upon arrival there were drinks (water, sparkling wine, juice) and ice cubes in the fridge, a cake, snacks, noodles were ready. Thank you

The apartment was great. Costa Rei out of season (end of October) it is a special atmosphere: many restaurants and shops are closed. The place is almost deserted. Ideal for relaxing in a seaside resort empty of its tourists!

We had a wholesome start of our vacations. The stay at Elias AirBnb was top notch. We especially enjoyed the playful dogs and cats. Elisa was always supportive and great communication. We can recommend it to pet lovers and families.

I spent 6 days in this very tidy, clean, and very organized place to stay. I had a kitchen complete with everything,large living room with comfortable sofa,large closet, comfortable bed, functional bathroom, washing machine and dryer. I felt right at home. The area is quiet and served by various shops, butcher, groceries,bakery and pharmacy. Highly recommended 🤩

Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

Beautiful villa 10 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes from Cagliari

It was a nice stay, nice apartment. We had a very nice breakfast in the morning.

We were (3 friends) for climbing and hiking in Baunei and felt very comfortable in Elias apartment. Especially the very large terrace with the amazing view has always delighted us. There is a supermarket and bars and restaurants nearby. All within walking distance. We would come back.

The view was awesome and perfect for sunrise! Agnese is a great host, very responsive and friendly.

Mario was an excellent host, always within easy reach, very helpful and friendly. Check-in was hassle-free with a lockbox. Location was great. Tertenia is easy to reach and the beach nearby is very nice for children. We will be happy to come back. Shopping was within walking distance.

Paola is an extremely friendly host, and so is her family. Her mom is the sweetest, and I although my Italian is limited, we were able to communicate just fine (they live downstairs). She baked a delicious lemon cake and brought to me one morning. The place is very peaceful, and close to the main street where you find lots of restaurants and shops, MD supermarket right around the corner. Beautiful beaches 8min by car. The room is very spacious and the place is very bright, you can park right in front of the house and it is a very calm and safe street. The place has pretty much everything, including supplies (soap, toilet paper, sugar, salt, laundry detergent, paper towel, etc) which is a big plus. I only had a small issue with wi-fi since it wasn't suitable for home office. But Paola was very accommodating and flexible with my check-out and I am very grateful for that!

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Wonderful villa with spacious outdoor area. The heated pool, table tennis table and foosball are a highlight for children. The view of the mountains is magnificent and you have your tranquility, as the Ville is a bit remote.

Enzo and Cristina are true Superhosts. The welcome was very warm and there was even a little attention upon arrival. They showed us everything in person and we got great insider tips for exploring the area from the two. The house are beautiful and big. It is very modern and you have everything you need. The rooms are very friendly and bright. A highlight is the wonderful view and tranquility. You feel like you're in paradise. We also appreciated that Enzo and Cristina rely on sustainability and manage their property in harmony with nature. We felt very comfortable at the place and with these two hosts and would book again anytime. Thanks for the wonderful week!

Beautiful villa, wonderful privacy!! Very relaxed with two children who can also be noisy. and really nice large garden with different seating options, so you can also spend half a day in the garden. Very nice and practical outdoor shower. Everything you need (also a few sand play things for the children, parasol, are available). Walking distance to beach and various restaurants. Wonderful! We'll consider coming back next year!

It was a fantastic stay and Simone's description as a superhost is great! Very kind, attentive and available to our requests . The house is as described ideal for families and very close to the sea . We had a great time.. and it's one of those places I'd be happy to go back to.

Lovely house and experience. Especially appreciated the hosts' recommendations, flexibility and responsiveness. The week was spent poolside, at local restaurants and the very near beaches. Quiet community and great for families.

The stay at the villa in Costa Rei was beautiful. We were 4 adults, 4 children and had enough space. Alessandra is very friendly and accommodating. Had requested a travel bed and a stroller and both were on site when we arrived. We were also allowed to bring the children's pool and leave it on site (luggage) Karina, who did the check-in, is also very nice, friendly and helpful. We had received some links from the most beautiful beaches on the same day. Karina was very easily reachable by phone even in the late hours :-) I recommend this villa to anyone, whether with children or just adults.

It was all as described and we really enjoyed the view from the terrace. Toni , Lorenzo's father greeted us and we could always ask him if we needed anything. There are beautiful hikes in the area within an hour or you can just enjoy a day by the sea. Would come back right away. Thank you for the beautiful days we had. Franziska and Stefan
