Very nice place! You walk from the cottage into the dunes to the beach. Beautiful views also from the cottage on the dune landscape. The cottage itself feels like new: warm, clean, spacious and tidy. Very pleasant to stay in. Geertje is one of the friendliest and most proactive hosts there is. In short: absolutely recommended!

A beautiful base to explore Texel. Cottage is top, the park is beautiful and Gerdi always responded quickly to questions. The beds were good as well as all amenities. There are even spacious bathrooms downstairs and upstairs, which is useful if you have difficulty walking. We could sit outside due to the beautiful weather and also before that everything was present. The garden is sheltered. We have had a nice time and would love to come back. Recommended!

A nice place to stay in a holiday park. To the reception 2 min walk, supermarket, swimming pool, mini golf etc also nearby. The house has a second fridge in the storage room. Unfortunately, the house is not very well insulated, but the heating works great. The fireplace makes the living room cozy. The kitchen is also well equipped. The beddings and towels must be picked up and paid at the reception. However, it and Sylvia refunded the amount immediately.

We had a very nice stay at Bart's house and were lovingly welcomed by Marjan. Our son especially loved all the boats in the area and the children's pool in the complex and could probably have stayed there for weeks. We highly recommend Bart's place for stays with children.

Unfortunately, my own stay was only of a very short duration, because I became increasingly sick during the first evening. Karin helped us (I stayed here for a weekend with my best friend) with the contact details of the doctor's guard and there, in addition to antibiotics, I got the advice to go out at home sick... So whether my husband still pick me up around midnight. Extremely unfortunate because the cottage had/has everything we had been looking forward to. From a nice dining table to chat at, playing games, being creative, to a really beautifully finished bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and a lovely bed (I spent a few hours sick there that afternoon so I'll take that experience as a "bonus". My girlfriend was able to explore the beautiful surroundings further after my departure, she stayed there to enjoy the tranquility and did this to the fullest! In the future, we hope for a resit because this location is definitely worth it!

Beautiful cottage with everything you need. The kitchen was partly new and very extensive. We especially loved the hammock and the beautiful garden. The path to the beach is 10 min by bike. Good shopping on site. The holiday park also has a great swimming pool, which is included, as well as restaurants and leisure opportunities.

All in all, a very good place to escape a few days from everyday urban life. Great location, quiet and secluded. Top cottages with modern furnishings. Of course, the hot tub and sauna were a dream as always (also on cold days). You could definitely switch off and enjoy the time. Hassle-free check-in and directions were accurate. Everything is very straightforward, so there is nothing to complain about. Conclusion: Mega accommodation, very good price, nice location! Would highly recommend!

Nice cottage, nice and personally furnished with not standard stuff. Nearby, there is plenty to do. We had too little time in 1 weekend for everything there was to do. The cottage has a nice sofa and 2 nice chairs so that the four of us could really sit. To eat and play games a table with chairs. Our dogs were allowed to come! Only details: lock bathroom was difficult to lock. And we found the duvets very warm while keeping the bedrooms cool and the pillows on the thick side.

What a lovely cottage in a quiet park. What stood out were the spacious fridge, storage room for groceries and screens. Even though it wasn't warm, they were already in handy. Past visitors had comments about the light curtains, but we didn't understand that because there are also plissé luxaflex in the windows of the bedrooms. As a result, they are well dark. The beds downstairs (box springs) were excellent. the beds upstairs are huge, which was the biggest downside of the cottage. We enjoyed very much the gas stove because of the rainy weather. The surroundings are very vast with lots of arable farming and meadows. As a result, you have to keep in mind that you always have to drive a lot for some variety and activities, but that's no problem if you are in the car.

Clean and functional, nice central location.

The stay was completely beautiful. Unfortunately, you have to be out everywhere at 10 o'clock. I always think that's a shame. Otherwise, it was a lovely weekend.👍🌞💦

Very nice house. Only thing I miss read was the amount it could accommodate I read it as 6 people but it was 2adults and 3 small kids and a baby. Apart from that it’s a really nice house in a very quiet area.
