Holiday rentals with lake access in Terrigal

The house is very spacious and bright. Just across the road from the lake where you can have a nice picnic and watch the sunset. also just one block from the shops and cafes. Good to have a garage for two cars available. Janelle was very helpful and responsive.

Our holiday at Helen's lakeside property was absolutely fantastic! The location could not have been more perfect, right in front of a serene lake with picture-perfect scenery. The view from the property was breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and memorable stay. The spacious outdoor deck allowed us to fully enjoy the natural beauty around us, whether we were having meals, playing games, or simply soaking in the view. Inside, the house was just as impressive—spacious, immaculate, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that Helen has taken great care in maintaining the property, and it made our family feel right at home. What made this holiday even more special was the fact that it was a multi-generational trip with our children and grandchildren. We loved our stay. Justin was so lovely! House was equipped with all your needs to cook, kick back, relax and soak in the most stunning view. Very spacious, never felt crowded (we were a group of 12), we went there to relax and that's exactly what we did. Justin is super friendly and accommodating and genuinely wants you to have a good time while there. This is an absolute waterfront property- it meant the kids can nap/early bed time and you can still be with everyone soaking in the view. We barely left the house (other than to buy groceries), it was just perfect,

It was an incredible place in a wonderful location. To a person, everyone that attended commented on what a sensational home it is. The fishing was a hit, even if the fish weren’t accomodating. 10/10

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Louise’s lovely home and would recommend to all. Everything was well thought out and had every amenity we could need. Not to mention the view was a gorgeous treat to wake up to!

Great place and great vibes of the surroundings.

The place is very cosy, clean, really close to the water. On arrival, the look of the inside of the house is impressive plus the stunning view of Lake Macquarie. The place condition is exactly how it is described in the Airbnb ad. We will definitely stay there again if there is an opportunity in the future.

Beautiful house nestled in an superb location. We came away very refreshed and had amazing adventures on the river every day. We have high standards for holidays and this house ticked all the boxes including exquisite views, cool aircon, comfortable living area and beds and plenty of space. We will be back.

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for a NSWPSSA cricket competition and the location was perfect,easy walk to the beach and local shops. The unit was of an ample size with 2 good bedrooms and new bathroom and kitchen. Would recommend this location for a weekend away or longer vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the verandah, watching the ocean and beach. It was an easy walk down onto the sand for a swim in the ocean. The beach was patrolled by lifesavers while we were there and the baths was another option. Inside the unit everything was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We really feel like we have had a beach holiday and would certainly return again.

What can I say…..spectacular views. The photos do not do justice to this property. We were very comfortable during our stay and had everything you could possibly need in the property….and great parking. We were made feel very welcome by Sue. She was super friendly, a great communicator and more than accommodating. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Thank you Sue.

Great apartment always immaculately clean.

This Airbnb was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The apartment was surprisingly spacious and despite being in a convenient location, it was wonderfully quiet, ensuring peaceful nights and restful mornings. We loved the calming atmosphere and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a truly relaxing getaway.

Peter's place is fantastic. the roof top spa is a highlight. the location is amazing. unit fully equipped with everything you need. I went for a girls weekend and we all loved the space. super easy to walk to the main street with restaurants and cafes. the only thing that I would mention is that we had to buy toilet paper and garbage bags as the 2 supplied wasn't enough for the weekend. but apart from that everything else was amazing. would definitely visit again

Adrian’s place was so homely and comfortable. The beds were so soft and we didn’t want to leave that lounge! We had just the right amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Adrian was very generous and thoughtful. Even leaving ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Great for the couple of rainy days we got during our stay. This was probably the most comfortable air b n b experience we’ve had. Everything ran smoothly thanks to a great host.

Beautiful cottage, right by the lake, nice and quiet. Clean, comfy bedroom. I really enjoyed my stay here and Jimmy was really good, came straight away when there was problem with the wifi. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Birdsong Cottage was a lovely spot to relax over summer. Easy walk to the beach and great location. The beds were super comfortable and house had lots of character with Jan’s trinkets and mementos. Jan was a great host and very responsive.

Brendon's cottage is a little piece of paradise, tucked away in a sleepy bay. It is private, peaceful and beautifully presented and very well equipped, with thoughtful extra touches for comfort. The view is absolutely amazing and we spent lots of lazy time on the deck reading, watching the sunrise and practicing yoga. The dogs loved it too! Brendon was a communicative and friendly host. I will be recommending this gem of a place to everyone!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated beach cottage! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt just like home. Mark and Hannah was an amazing host, very accommodating and even let us check out an hour later so our son could have his morning nap. Such a thoughtful touch! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Pavla & Luke's place is absolutely beautiful with homley vibes, beautiful big yard, BBQ area with access to the lake and kayaks provided. we still took our own as we are a family of 6. clear instructions to get inside and very responsive hosts. Loved the kitchen it had everything you needed. The lounge was so comfy for a pull out and extra large!! could fit myself, 2 adult kids, my teenager & 10 year old for our movie night with spectacular views of the lake right from the lounge. Shower was a plus with amazing water pressure. Location was awesome with a park only 2min walk away and great fishing/ kayaking spots. I only gave 4 stars for price as we got a lot of rubbish washing up from the lake (we cleaned) not from the hosts property, just coming in from the tied/neighbours and bad smells blowing in from the lake every now and then. Washing machine & dryer were not plugged in, I didn't want to move them around to find the plug. Board games were missing a lot of pieces (chess)

Such a peaceful little getaway, and nice and close to Sydney. I loved the vintage home, with a beautiful outlook over the lake with frequent swans and eastern rosellas visiting. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy my book.

Very receptive and warm hosts. Would love to recommend anyone who wants a nice cosy room lace besides a wonderful location which is the huge beautiful lakes just adjacent to the property

Joy and Lynelle’s place was absolutely lovely. I enjoyed my time there with my kids. Their property had a beautiful view and the cottage was furnished very comfortably.
