Holiday rentals with a patio in Termini Imerese

Very pleased with this place. We were bummed we only stayed one night, the rooftop area was a hit for me and my friends. Salvatore was also very understanding and flexible letting us check in with the time that worked best for me and my friends. We would definitely stay again at this modern and clean place!

The apartment is very nice, has a great terrace and everything is as described. It is centrally located and you have a park and the sea right outside the door. But the best was our host Francesco, who picked us up from the train station – even though it was already late in the evening - and provided us with wine, water and fruits. He also gave us many great tips and was always responsive. We recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back.

We loved staying at Isabella’s place. We could see the sea from the large balcony and, although the inside area is small, it has all you need. We were made very welcome and shown round the area by Marco who also collected us from the station. We were given great recommendations about restaurants, the local festival and places to visit. We enjoyed the local bottle of wine left for us. Questions were always answered straight away. Portocello and the attached villages are unspoilt. This isn’t a big tourist centre. There is easy access to Palermo and Cefalu by train. Thank you for a great few days.

We had a great stay. 🌞 This accommodation is quiet, clean and has a beautiful terrace overlooking the mountain and the sea. I would recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a quiet place to relax. Gaetano was very responsive helpful, his many recommendations were much appreciated and allowed us to discover the surroundings. 😁

Luigi’s home in Palermo has everything you need when staying in Palermo. Whether it be short term or long term location is ideal to everything you’d want to see and need. Great communication and hospitality was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to staying at Luigi’s next time I visit Palermo.

The moment we arrived we were welcomed by Gaetano and Maria Francesca who couldn’t be more gracious and attentive during our stay. We were greeted with a lovely basket of fruit and snacks and our accommodations exceeded our expectations. The furnishings and artwork by Francesca were so beautiful! What a great stay for me and my friends. We loved our time here; the Airbnb offers a lovely place to spend time even if you don’t have a car. You can tan in the back and read a book in the front; comfortable, clean, and just really great views from the yard. Beautiful inside, tiles, and the best part of all, Mimmo and Rita. Those two made our trip easy and breezy. Picked us up, took us to the supermarket, just great, friendly people who took care of us. We had so much fun, highly recommend!

Cozy appartement surrounded by a beautiful garden. Really nice outdoor kitchen, well equipped and clean. Perfect space for a couple or family of three. Roberto and Antonio were super friendly and helpful. Definite recommendation!

We were welcomed by Tiziana who, with great kindness and friendliness, showed us the apartment and gave us many very useful directions. The place was really clean, tidy and equipped with everything. We highly recommend this accommodation, which is in a non-central area, but strategic for visiting the local beauties.

location in the heart of the historic city, near the port of La Cala with many restaurants. The airport shuttle bus (€6/pers) leaves you in Via Roma and walk 10 minutes to find the secure accommodation. Angelo leaves you the instructions very cozy and ultra clean apartment with a queen bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs . Palermo is to be discovered with its riches of monuments. I recommend we were delighted!

Very friendly hosts, flexible with times and helpful. The house is very big and located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the airport and a good location to discover Palermo and the north of the island.

I recommended this place if you travel by car. Away from the hustle abd bustle of the city. The Sea is very close. Nearby nice cafes and restaurants. The only minus - pretty bad internet. Great, responsiv host. 🤗

This place exceeded all expectations! Even better than the photos, it was spacious, spotless, and clearly designed with care and attention to detail. Giuseppe went above and beyond, helping us with airport transfers and offering great restaurant recommendations just a short walk away. It was the perfect, peaceful spot for my business trip. Not to mention the comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is quite large, I got a bit lost at first! Large and airy with everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfasting on the terrace. It could be a bit noisy at times but was often quite peaceful. An easy walk to the old town and plenty of amenities nearby ie bakery and supermarket as well as many places to eat. Roberto was a great host always responding to our queries promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay! You’ll be near tons of great restaurants, things to do and shopping. We truly enjoyed our time! Our favorite part was two different private outdoor seating areas! A must book for your trip to Palermo!
