Absolutely fabulous! Although it is not a terrace house... It is a good sized 2 bed apartment...Rosa's had coffee and tea for our stay. Ice in the freezer... All those little things that make the difference... The views are fabulous, and the area was so quiet... The area is very well lit so we done a late night walk... The smell of the salty sea really tingles your senses... I definitely recommend Rosa's, Angel is super friendly ( who welcomes you to the appointment ) and is there if you need anything.

Sam could not have done more to make our stay better. The flat has absolutely everything you need; from the basics to things like shopping bags for groceries, to milk and butter in the fridge amongst many other things. You have a nice outside space upstairs, and it’s a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Comfy beds and sofas; English TV stations and parking always available right outside the flat. If you plan to stay in Sucina I thoroughly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at David and Helen’s place. They are a lovely friendly, knowledgeable couple and couldn’t have looked after us more. The place was very clean with everything we needed. Beds were really comfy and the pool is a lovely added Bonus. Air con in rooms, well equipped kitchen and everything in good working order. Beach and shops and cafes are about 10/15 mins walk away. You will need a car to get out and about - we had the option of a parking space at the apartment too of you need it. Would definitely return here.

The location of the house was really good. There was the sea, walking areas and great restaurants across the street. There was everything you could need in the house. The landlord was friendly and caring. If I come again, I will stay here again.

Lovely private place to spend time relaxing with family (4 adults & 4 children) with lots to do for the kids, not a single mention of them being bored throughout the whole 10 nights stay, which is highly unusual 😂 The outdoor BBQ area was the star of the show on most evenings! Just a few minutes drive to and from shops such as Carrefour and Aldi, so everything you could possibly need for your stay is easily accessible. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive for any required needs. Would highly recommend this host and property to anybody wanting to stay in Elche for a relaxing time away from normality.

Levis's place was as described and had everything that we needed for our three night stay. We arrived very late after a delayed flight and was accommodating with our arrival time. Would recommend this apartment if you're looking to stay in the area.

Francisco’s place is located in a very nice urbanization with an enormous swimming pool! It is also close to the beach! Francisco is a wonderful host, always available to answer questions and give suggestions on things to do in the area. The inside of the apartment is decorated with taste and is very comfortable. The air conditioning was definitely a plus!

If you want to stay with a very on hands host, Yvette is the best ! She also has several other lettings, in her portfolio. The apartment is decorated to a high standard throughout. The master bedroom has a really good bed in it ! It's quite high, but very comfortable & has a high padded headboard ! Everything is minimalist, in the lounge area, it's decorated in keeping to the nearby beach. The roof terrace is huge & offers peace and tranquillity. The double walk in shower, is perfect, especially for those of us with mobility problems. I'd not hesitate to stay here again ! My return flight has been delayed and Yvette contacted the owner's, who kindly let me stay, after my my leg was put into plaster. The only slight negatives I could possibly mention are that the fan in the lounge, is wonky & you can hear it moving not as jt should. The kitchen just needs oven gloves & a fish slice for cooking. Yvette came to my rescue, after my previously booked property was not as described !

I was very comfortable at Verónica's house. It is as shown in the photos. Everything is very clean and tidy and the house is comfortable and practical. It's all very close at hand and has a great terrace. I found place to park at the same door. She was very kind, she gave me a lot of ease when I arrived, to leave, she recommended places to visit and where to eat, she was interested asking if everything was okay. The only downside is that I just had the trip in the middle of a heat wave and the house does not have air conditioning, if it has an air conditioner, which works very well, but it fell short for the temperature I was doing. Otherwise, everything was good!

it is the most wonderful place in the world: a magical place between the mountain and the sea, on the beach , just a few steps to be on a wonderful virgin beach ( and nudist) with crystal clear waters with colorful fish, the house is very nice and has everything you need for a wonderful stay including snorkelling gearing and an incredible terrace with garden over the sea have been my best vacations in a long time thanks to this wonderful house, if you can not hesitate to stay here: you will be very lucky

My friends and I were greeted by Nura, Dolores's daughter. Her hospitality was really great despite the fact that we arrived late at the beginning of the night. We stayed in this little house in La Manga with 5 people and a puppy. The house can accommodate 8 people. The experience was excellent. Everything was super clean, and the house is just as described in the listing/photos. The house has a very practical private parking lot, with a security barrier, which was a plus. The hosts were super friendly and were always in touch, being very flexible with everything. We traveled with our dog and it felt like home from the moment we arrived. The pool is perfect for relaxing and the best part is that the beach is less than a minute's walk away. In addition, right across the street is a supermarket that has everything, which made life much easier during our stay. The house has everything, an iron, a microwave, a toaster, wifi, board games, etc. We didn't lack anything. In short, a highly recommended place. We would definitely go back!

Rental in real life is better than in the photo. We chose this rental by chance and were won over. The apartment is clean and perfectly equipped. The large balcony allows you to dine outside with the family. Shared infrastructure (swimming pools) is a good one. Easy communication, the person on site also speaks French. A short walk to the beach to a small supermarket and restaurants. The car is necessary to reach the surrounding cities and shopping centers. Family-friendly resort if you don't like the crowds of Alicante or Benidorm choose Pilar de Horadada ❤️

The accommodation is a 10, both Carmen and her sister are extraordinary, facilities for everything, good communication. The area is really nice, next to the beach, and the pool is right by the apartment. The apartment is beautiful with everything and no detail is missing.

Angi, a very good host, did everything possible to give us the room as soon as possible, she gave us the most recommended explanations about the apartment as well as the bathroom. The apartment is new and very clean. We had a great time because we were looking for peace and quiet, and we found it. 100% recommended.

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

The house is extra, large and with a beautiful patio, beautiful succulents. Several nice little touches of attention, both in the kitchen and in the shower room. In a small peaceful village and ideally located for visiting Cartagena and all Murcia. What we did for 10 days with great pleasure. We really enjoyed this authentic province and not too touristy.

Domenika is a fantastic host—friendly, attentive, and always available for any questions or local tips. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Agnieszka, who handed us the keys and explained everything. She was very kind and made sure we felt at home right away. The house itself is beautiful: clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to visit. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the stunning outdoor space. everything was great, the house is very nice and cozy, the facilities of the house are in good condition. And it was easy to find it and it is a quiet and easily accessible area, if I had to put something negative it is that they were doing a small work on the outside of the house and they did not tell me otherwise everything was perfect.
